This was a last minute book-in to break up a long trip. It was just what we needed. Comfy beds, good shower, and a clean kitchen.

Didn’t really speak to staff but late check in was well organised and easy. The room itself was mostly clean however blinds etc were very dusty and dirty and maybe mouldy? Kitchen well equipped Coffee cart out the front was great and lots of family friendly activities at the park. Pool currently being redone

Very nice and easy to get in and out. Lots for the kids to do and close to town.

Short but sweet stay! Kids had a blast in the pool, and the holiday activities were great! We’ll be back!

I notified hotel of late arrival through Hotels.com website, I was supposed to get an email but never received. When we arrived there was no key in th lock box for us. But there was one for another person. We tried contacting the hotel directly but was unsuccessful. I was told I would not get a refund even though I had no way of accessing the property. The hotel stated I should have contacted them with late arrival which I did. I spent an hour on the phone with Hotels.com trying to sort this out (@ .25 per minute and ultimately had to drive to our final desitnation, Sydney, and finally arrived at 5 am. I am very disappointed with both hotel and hotels.com.

The staff were very friendly and offered plenty of advice on things to see in South West Rocks. Our standard room was a little aged and needs some freshening up but functional and comfortable. The park is lovely and the facilities are excellent

Within walking distance to beaches and restaurants and the river. Very clean and quiet.
