部屋やフロントの対応が素晴らしい事は勿論のこと、アメニティやプール、ロケーションも抜群。

１階だったので遠くの景色は見えませんでしたが、小さな専用プールがありました。浴槽はありませんがシャワーは快適でした。街の中心は至近距離ではありませんが散策を楽しめる距離でした。何か欠点がないか探したのですが、他に思いつきません。満喫しました(^^)

とても対応が良く、部屋も広くて綺麗でした。 キーウエストは2回目ですが、前のホテルよりもよく、リピーターになると思います。

Clean, comfortable large rooms, free drinks by the pool, muffins and water. Great location.

Price/value is too overpriced. Despite the fact that the suites are beautiful, there is no service at your room unless you ask for it. Does not seem compatible with the five star rating at this hotel.

Beautiful property close to downtown. Staff was excellent. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding.

Rooms are as they appear online. If you can’t do stairs please let them know in advance as our room could only be accessed with stairs. When it rained (and it did!) those stairs were very slippery. Definitely a safety hazzard in my opinion.

Front desk staff were so great, they gave us recommendations on dining and activities going on, also so friendly. Rooms were clean and so comfortable. Pool amazing. Property is beautiful!

Incredible! Service, staff, amenities were all outstanding! We’ve stayed in 10 other places in Key West but this was by far the best. We’ll be back.

From the beginning of check in until we left, the staff, the property, amenities wonderful!! Would highly recommend a stay at this lovely and unique property. Will definitely be back.
