総合評価とレビュー Esqina Urban Lodge

一人旅で4泊しました。まず立地は最高です。主要な観光スポットには歩いて行けます。 私が滞在した部屋は、広く、ベットは快適でした。 が、冷蔵庫はありません。ケトルはフロントに言ったら貸して貰えました。クローゼットは、移動式のハンガー掛けだけです。 滞在中は、いろいろな問題が発生しました。 まず、ホテル手配で頼んだ空港からの送迎タクシー。 飛行機が遅延したため（このことはホテルやドライバーには伝えてありました）空港に着いたら誰もおらず、到着から空港を出るまでに2時間かかりました。 着いた日に、工事のような音が夜中の12時や朝7時間ごろにして、びっくりしました。 でも他の人は何も言って来てないと言われました。 配水管から水漏れしていて洗面所の床が水浸しになりました。 次の日は、ベッドメイキングだけで部屋の掃除をしておらず、洗面所には配管を調べに来た人の足跡がベタベタ残ったままでした。 （掃除してくれたのは、翌日です） フロントも一人しかおらず、夜10時になると帰ってしまい、次の日の朝8時にならないと出てきません。夜中に何かがあったらここに電話して、と電話番号を渡されます。 コンセントも、唯一鏡のある洗面所にはなく、コンセントのあるところには鏡がありません。ドライヤーを使うときに困りました。 最後に、何の通告もなく、滞在する前にカードから宿泊代を引き落とされていました。確かに「その日からキャンセルしたら100%支払う」という契約ですが、私はキャンセルしていませんでした。 おまけに滞在開始時にも引き落とされて、二重に支払うことになりました。もっともそちらは返金されましたが。 これらのサービスを総合すると、宿泊代は高いと思いました。 対応してくれた青年は丁寧で親切でしたが、次は違うホテルを探します。

フロントからエレベーターまで1回分階段で昇らないといけないのが大変だった。観光には便利だった。

This was an excellent apartment it was clean large and close to tourist attractions.

Staff is very kind and polite! And The location was very convenient. We arrived at hotel midnight so it was a little bit difficult for us to open the hotel door… We wanna stay your hotel again if we go to LIS.

地下鉄バイシャ・シアード駅から至近距離で便利でした。 部屋も清潔でした。 エレベーターが1階(日本の2階)からしかないので荷物が多い場合はちょっと不便かもしれません。 廊下の音が筒抜けなので、他のお客が朝2ー3時に戻ってきて喋っていた声やドアを閉める音で目が覚めました。

The shower room door cannot be closed tightly that it makes the whole bathroom floor filled with water after showering.

In the center of the Spot.

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel and would absolutely return. The hotel is right near a metro station in the heart of Baixa neighborhood. Magda who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

The room had coffee making facilities, a small desk/side table and free wifi. The room did not have an arm/lounge chair or fridge. The hotel was having some renovations to the upper floors. The hotel was very central.

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Central to everything!

Good water temperature for the shower. Proper air conditioning. Location is amazing since you're in the middle of everything. The only down side is that you have to carry the luggage up one floor and it does get noisy in the evenings and in the morning since the windows are not sound proof.

The hotel is in a great location. Perfect if you don’t need a bunch of amenities, just a clean place to lay your head.

très bonne localisation au coeur d'un quartier très touristique à proximité du métro et des tram donc très commode. Très propre et très responsable écologiquement! accueil soigné dans la chambre à l'arrivée. La réception est dans le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble...pas d'espace. Chambre très confortable, isolée phoniquement.

Great location! Right in the heart of the old town, walking distance to everywhere and close to the train station! The place is in an old building and the photos online did not represent our room. The room was one large bed, overall a large comfortable bed, which was nice. But SO CRAMPED! No space to even open our suitcases. And they were doing construction so the hallways were dusty. So the location is great but the room itself wasn't great and felt like a budget hostel. The shower was a little space in the wall with a flimsy door and water got all over the floor even with the door closed. I thought we were getting a good deal but once I got there I felt like the cost was way overpriced for what we got.

We had a great stay at Esquina. Not total experience/amenities of a full hotel, but just enough. Great location to walk to must see spots and public transportation. Despite it being a busy area, it was very quiet and comfortable. Very clean, and service provided things when we needed them. Private bathroom with sink in the main room. No shower curtain on the shower stall made it difficult not to get the whole bathroom floor soaked, but otherwise nice shower. Nice balcony doors to overlook the street. Thanks for the complimentary wine!

Läget var väldigt bra och centralt. Rummen var mindre i verkligheten än vad vi trodde efter att ha sett bilder. Det var dåligt med förvaring av kläder. Vi kan inte klaga på städningen då vi ansåg att det var rent.
