スタッフの方がとにかく優しくて、親切！ 部屋をアップグレートしたり、無料で老街まで送り迎えしてくれたり。 部屋かなり広くて、泉質もよく大満足です！

どこのホテルもそうだが、特に温泉地の宿泊費はびっくりする。現地での宿探しより、絶対Expediaで予約していく方がよい。釈訳アプリで説明を受け、英語が話せるスタッフがあまりいない。ホテルから町までは車で10分程だが、徒歩では上り坂がきつい。老街に行くのでTAXIをお願いしたら、男性スタッフが送ってくれ、帰りの時間を聞かれたが、時間に縛られたくなかったのでTAXIで帰ると伝えた。ロビーには、23：00迄スタッフがいて、カップラーメン、瓶ビール600ｍｌ　120元、ペットお茶　25元 等を購入できる。朝食会場入り口、喫茶テーブルとの境左にミネラルサーバーがあり、声を掛けたら無料でもらえた。とにかく愛想がよく、言葉が通じなくても理解しようとしてくれる対応がいい。あいにくの天気だったが、霧の烏來も風情があってとてもよかった。屋外テーブルがいくつかあり、風が気持ちよさそう。写真が6枚しか投稿できないのが残念。食事は、メニューが少ないのに、連日、まったく同じなので物足りない。浴室が広いのは開放感があってよかった。

The map on Hotels.com web site took me wrong place. And the room picture is different. This hotel located very mountain side. So I needed to take hiking 30min to get to this hotel from central Wurai. There is nothing around. Wifi doesn't work in the room. Hotel staff can't speak English at all. Breakfast was really horrible. Bath room was not clean. Television in the "Sand storm". Only the view was nice.

Beautiful mountain property. Every morning outside was so peaceful. Our room was a little rough and a hard mattress. But it was a peaceful and beautiful 20 minute walk to old Wulai street. The staff was nice and very helpful. Most importantly, the water was excellent. The private bath filled quickly and the minerals were so good for our skin!

This hot spring hotel has the largest bath, compared to others in Taiwan. And friendly staff provide the necessary support in case of need, a baby tub and extra blanket for my case.

The room is not clean, with huge mosquitos flying, sofa and cabinet with dirt on. Not a nice experience, will not stay there again.

環境優雅，浴池很大，房間內有花崗岩的炕床，坐在溫暖的炕床上，非常舒服。

The room is so different from what the picture shows . It’s really old and dirty . The bed sheet , pillow stinks . Room signs said that hotel provide free shuttle to bus station yet we still get charged for it . Totally don’t worth the price

1. 入住和風套房，連假4000元左右的價格可以住到總統房大小的房間非常滿意。 2. 位置較高，無其他飯店，因此開車前往不太會遇到塞車的問題。 3. 溫泉池非常大，且有冷熱兩池，非常滿意，另有一大片會發熱的地磚，趴在上面很舒服。 4. 寢具非常舒服，睡得很好。 5. 房間頻道選擇多，非常滿意。 6. 飯店庭院景緻很好，讓人有放鬆的感覺。 7. 櫃檯有賣泡麵很飲料，雖然價格貴一點但不會很離譜。 8. 溫泉放水很快，跑完皮膚很滑 小缺點： 1. 早餐較普通，有點像早期國軍英雄館的早餐。 2.房間內設備稍舊但尚可接受，不過浴池內有綠色黴菌班，有點擔心。 3. 房間內防蚊精油味道太重 4. 抽屜霉味重，但不使用就還好 5. 假日但接駁車沒有營業 6. 想開窗透氣但紗窗無法完全密合只好作罷

設備較老舊，應該翻新一下。其餘都不錯。
