景色が良い部屋かどうかは運次第です。4部屋のうち，2部屋は海に面していますが、2部屋は面していません。 オーナーは柔軟な対応はしてくれません。残念です。

宿泊施設自体は旧市街から階段や坂をどんどん登った先にあるので心が折れかけた時もありましたが、それを上回るくらいバルコニーから見える景色が綺麗です。お部屋にバスアメニティがあり助かりました。 I had to climb hills and stairs a lot, but the view from the balcony was nice. It was good to have bathroom amenities.

Take the shuttle bus from the airport and get off at Ploče Gate. It's about a 650m walk from there. However, there is a difference in elevation and you have to climb a slope or stairs. The scenery is so good. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy the scenery. There are also four small supermarkets along the way, making shopping convenient.

各部屋にキッチンや冷蔵庫も付いていて、シャワールームも綺麗でした。部屋と別に共用のテラスがあって素敵な景色を眺めながら素晴らしい時間を過ごせました！共用ルームの冷蔵庫には浄水器や氷も自由に出せます。ホストもとても良い人でした。

行くまでは写真のような景色が本当に部屋から見ることができるのか半信半疑でしたが、本当でした！！お部屋は、階段を登って２階でしたが、屋根裏部屋になっています。（2人には十分な広さでした。）部屋についている窓は小さいですが、その窓からの景色が最高でした！！！共有のロビー？にはベランダがあり、そこからの景色がまた最高です。テラス席になっているので座ってくつろげます。夜は夜景も見られます。正直、ケーブルカーでスルジ山に登って見た景色よりホテルからの景色の方が綺麗でした。ただ、美しい景色と引き換えにホテルの場所は市街地からは少し離れているので帰りは大変です。（階段or坂道との戦い）バスやタクシーを利用すれば楽なのかもしれませんが決して歩けない距離ではないため、私は滞在中、階段を利用しました。クタクタで夜はぐっすり眠れます。ホテルから出て、階段を少し下れば小さなスーパーもあり便利です。

屋根裏の部屋に泊まりました。天窓からの眺めは最高。部屋も滞在するにはきれいでいい部屋。ただここに来るまでに地獄の階段を上らなければいけない。途中はとげのあるバラの枝が生い茂っている。

高台にあるアパートメントのテラスからは、旧市街の全体が展望でき、夜景を見ながらのんびり乾杯という贅沢な時間を過ごしました。 長距離バスステーションから8番バスに乗り、ケーブルカー乗り場の1つ目か2つ目先のバス停を降りてからはアパートメントまで坂道を登って行けるので、階段を重い荷物を持って登らなくても大丈夫です。道順は事前にメールで丁寧に頂いていましたので迷わず行けました。 旧市街までは坂道ですが歩いて5分程度と、ロケーションはとても良いです。 部屋も快適で、キッチンは家族と共用、自由に使えます。とてもアットホームな雰囲気でした。

旧市街から、歩いて15分ぐらい、遠いけど、部屋の外から見る景色には癒される！おっちゃん、おばちゃんも優しい！帰りの空港まで、30ユーロで送ってくれる！(^^) 次来た時も利用したい！

宿の入り口が若干分かりにくいですが、オーナーは親切ですし、旧市街から徒歩圏内で便利、部屋は清潔で、なんといっても屋根から見渡せる海や旧市街の景色が最高でした。 事前確認のメールをきちんと読んでいれば問題ないですが、宿泊料金は現金払いなので要注意。

Really great location with great views from our room. Check in really simple and then left to our own devices which is great. Perfect for us but bear in mind that although very close to town the property is elevated so there are hills and steps to negotiate to access the property. Otherwise almost perfect for us and if we visited Dubrovnik again we would happily revisit Rooms Raic

Not as clean as other reviews depicted. Leftover hair everywhere and grime + dust and leftover spit/toothpaste all over the bathroom. Room was also filled with mosquitos.

Wonderful, nice couple/owners. Good location up the hill and just 10 minutes walking to the old town. Comfortable room with everything you need including a kitchen. Highly recommend!

The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the property itself was spotless with an amazing view truly a peaceful and scenic spot to unwind. I really enjoyed my stay here! A few things to keep in mind: the property is on an incline and requires taking stairs to get around, so it may be challenging for those with mobility issues. While you can take an Uber from the airport or bus station, relying on one every time can be a bit impractical depending on your plans. Also, the Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t very strong, so it might not be the best choice for remote work. That said, it’s a lovely place overall and great for a relaxing getaway. I’d definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a scenic and peaceful stay!
