水道橋にとても近く便利ですが 部屋に電気ポットが無かったので 温かいコーヒーや紅茶を 飲めませんでしたしシャワーは 一様お湯がでますが水量が 物足りないなかったです。 一泊だけするならば良いと 思いますが長期滞在は 止めておいた方が無難です。

フロントの方々の対応が親切。チェックイン前、後でも荷物を預かってくれた。 水道橋から歩いてすぐ。部屋によっては窓から水道橋ば見えない。私が滞在したときは反対側の部屋で教会の塔の前でした。 きちんとメンテナンスしている。水回りのコーキングをきちんとして綺麗で清潔。エアコンも新しいものに交換されていました。

部屋が広い、スタッフのサービスも良い、部屋が清潔に保たれている、アクエドゥクトのバス停から近い。

近代的な広くて綺麗なホテル。この値段で、泊まれるなんて最高！広いバスタブと、冷蔵庫があるのが嬉しい。水道橋のすぐそばにあるので、観光にも便利。バスターミナルも近い。

Wonderful location comfortable rooms very helpful staff.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night 22nd April. Reception staff were very polite and helpful as we arrived earlier than expected we were still able to book in. The room was a premium room which had undergone a full renovation, it was light and exceptionally spacious. The shower had good pressure and plentiful hot water, towels good size, the bed was also extremely comfortable, and the bedding snowy white so all good there. However, in the evening we went to the roof terrace and ordered 2 gin and tonics (one each), nothing remarkable, served with ice cubes, no lemon, no additional anything. We listened to the concert at the aqueduct and I went to pay. 30 euros, yes that’s correct 30 euros I queried as you would and was told that was correct. Please give your heads a wobble this is gross overcharging, yes it was Bombay Saphire but that’s a medium range gin, and nowhere near that price,I probably could have swallowed 20 Euros and not mentioned, even this is above the norm. It would be a good idea to have a price list for spirits at least. Breakfast next morning non-descript but plentiful. I think this hotel still needs a lot of work in places, although front desk staff very helpful would not stay again.

I made a reservation and paid in full through Expedia. When I arrived, the hotel first said I had no reservation, then claimed I did. They requested my credit card and charged me a second time, forcing me to file a dispute with my bank. We had to change rooms because the key to the first one didn't work. In the middle of the night, the air conditioning began leaking water and the staff couldn't fix it. The shower had very low pressure and only lukewarm water. The entire experience was unacceptable. I received no discount or compensation, and I'm still waiting for the duplicate charge to be resolved. I paid €175 for the night."

Excelente trato del personal de front des. Muy atentos. Cerca de todo y del parqueadero publico. Muy conveniente ubicación.

La primera noche nos tocó una habitación con una peste insorportable terrible como a desagüe, a pesar q lo hicimos saber, nos dejaron en la misma, una habitación carísima y muy desagradable, pésima atención, no lo recomiendo

The hotel was so close to the Acueducto!! Just a short stroll and you were at the start of the adventure. The staff were very helpful in giving directions. The beds were comfy. The room very clean. Great price too

A localização do hotel é excelente, bem em frente dos aquedutos romanos, super pertinho do centro histórico, fazendo com que a estadia fosse muito cômoda. Tudo ok, porém os travesseiros muito altos, sem opção de travesseiros baixos, poderia melhorar este quesito. O resto muito bom para categoria.

A cosy friendly place in excellent location by the aqueduct. Good breakfast. Nice to have a bath tub too. Good value.
