ホテルより、最初にホテルドットコムで予約した部屋が、バスタブなしと事前にメールをいただき、1日につき＋20€を宿泊時支払いでアップグレードをお願いし、バスタブの部屋にしました。そのため、チェックイン時デポジット100€をし、レシートを受け取りました。チェックアウトの時、デポジットのことに触れず支払いを言われましたが、デポジットしたレシートを提示し、精算してもらいました。ホテルは高級感があり、バスタブ（バスタブの外にシャワースペースあり）とトイレも別で冷蔵庫、ネスプレッソもあります。（スリッパとバスロープがなくて残念でした。）さらにサービスドリンクのコインを貰え、ロビーでアルコール等もいただけます。静かですが、すぐ旧市街地に行けます。リールフランドル駅から歩けますが、スーツケースを転がすには辛いかもしれません。

Amazing hotel in Lille city center. Great staff, comfortable and well furnished rooms, free espresso in the room, convenient to everything. Highly Recommended

A fantastic hotel, in the perfect location. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, and the service from staff was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant on our Gina night and it was excellent.

Belle chambre facile d’accès du périphérique très bien situé . A revoir les oreillers inconfortables et les bruits d’évacuations de la douche du voisin du dessus, le petit dej est excellent. La personne au service du petit dej est dépassée à l’heure de pointe.un peu cher niveau prix.

Superbe hotel. Confort, esthétique et propreté. Chambre calme. Personnel tres agréable. Brasserie avec de tres bins p'ats et de délicieux desserts (attention gelatine animale) et une équipe tres sympathique. Je recommande plus plus.

Absolutely fantastic location. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall I have is the maid service was a bit slack, they literally made the bed and emptied the bin. Didn’t clean the cups, restock tea and coffee or just give it a general tidy so that was a little disappointing but otherwise I cannot fault it.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, lovely executive room with deep bath. Fridge TV and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was quite limited with a tasty selection of bread and cheeses but the hot food options were not very nice. We would stay there again if travelling to Lille.

Une équipe ultra pro, conviviale et détendue , un lieu superbement décoré , rien à redire, tout est soigné en chambre . Bref ça fait très longtemps que je n'avais pas été aussi bien dans un hotel.

Really nice and well situated hotel in the heart of Lille. Public car park underground ,Opera , is metres away. Choice of 2 restaurants in the hotel. Nice staff , helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The hotel was well located and we were allocated a quiet room. Alexander was great to step in when there was issues when a couple of minor issues arises. Suggestion for hotel to improve their room cleaning service.

Superbe hôtel, bien placé, service au top (ils ont réussi à m’accueillir 3h avant l’heure de check-in), joliment aménagé des parties communes aux chambres.

Great, clean, free sodas and espresso machine was a wonderful touch. Breakfast is rich. Well located.
