今回Avignon の前にMarseille のイビスにも宿泊しましたが、イビスによってサービスもお部屋のコンデイションもこんなに違うんだって事が分かり色々お勉強になりました。Avignon のイビスはチェックインの時からフロントの方がとても親切でしたし、お返事のお掃除も行き届いていました。無料の朝食もとっても美味しくて自分でゆで卵を作れるのもポイント高でした。 駅から７-8分歩きますが、城壁内の何処hへ行くにも便利で良かったです。 日本人の男性の方も働いているので、何か困ったことがあったら力になってくれると思います

部屋はやや狭かったが、空調はあり、清潔感もまずまず。町からやや遠い。

従業員の対応が気になった。探している店を聞いたら「わからない」、ネットで調べもせず答えた。調べてくれても良いと思った。同じ事を観光案内所で聞いたら、調べて教えてくれた。安いホテルだと、こんなものかな？荷物預かりは2ﾕｰﾛだった。

安さの追及を徹底しているホテルなので、冷蔵庫も、ポットも本当に何もありません。タオルも一枚のみ。但し、ストレスのない広さの空間です。「近隣に無料のパーキング有り」となっていたので、受付に駐車場の場所を聞いたところ、「I don't know」は酷いと思います。

So reasonable for travelling around Avignon !! Just 100-200 m away from the gate. Free parking. If you choose the other hotels around, would be 2-3 times. Of course just a basic room, not super cozy like the other brands but still clean and simply enough for 1-2days nights.

The hotel was great, staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well equipped. The only downside was not being able to find a parking space nearby (there is parking available in the street behind and a car park near the hotel, but both were full), but this was no fault of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, it’s a short walk to the town centre and close proximity to bars and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend the hotel, it was great value and suited what we needed.

Hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Situé au pied des remparts. Parfait. Les chambres sont agréables et la literie est bonne. Juste penser que le parking est à réserver et payant! Possibilité de se garer a proximité mais bon .... Avec une voiture chargée pour les vacances, pas très prudent.

Convient pour une etape. 20 min de marche pour rejoindre le palais des Papes. Parking prive a 2 rues de l hôtel. Il faut avoir un petit véhicule et etre un pro des manœuvres pour se garer. Places de parking dans la rue mais prises d assaut.

Room for 3 adults was as tiny as you could ever have. Get what you pay for and value was not there. Recommend staying elsewhere and paying more.

Très bon week-end dans cet hôtel ibis très bien placé, face aux remparts, proche du centre à pied, très accessible, tram devant la porte, génial. Parking à 100m, le top. Les chambres un poil trop petites, mais on ne part pas en week-end pour rester dans la chambre donc ça va. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel vraiment très gentil et disponible, ça fait plaisir

Literally a budget hotel.But the staff were kind enough Poor internet connection.

We got what we paid for. Clean and good location, but the mattress was so hard. Located near the walls of the old city, it compensated for the low quality mattress.

Très bien mais un peu plus loin que prévu par l’hôtel pour aller au palais des papes. Très jolie ville et hôtel sympathique
