There was a leak in the bathroom which left the bathroom floor always wet

Experience was worst. Staff was not cooperative

As it is very small property it is not that great and sad thing is even for indoor games quite a few games has to paid. In restaurant we were not allowed to have food peacefully, very often they use to come and ask for clearing plates.

Awesome ambience and courteous staff

The wifi doesnt really work. If you are planning to bring your laptop and work a bit then thats not possible. Otherwise a very efficient and courteous staff specially manager, Mr Shekhar. The location is far from Medikeri main area so be ready with your vehicle. The room and facilities are superb with great attention to detail.

It was a very good resort for a couple of days going through Coorg.The quality of hotel was like a five star resort .The service of all the staff was excellent.The food was of very good quality.It is surrounded by plenty of greenery.The pool area is also well maintained.Definitely recommend this resort .

Really nice resort - wish I spent more time there. Definitely will be going back to spend more time there and make use of all the facilities.

Okay place. Inexperienced rude staff. Especially the reception when I checked in. Breakfast was decent. Good choice. Rooms look okay. But simple things like drainage in bath, moisture / mould on doors / room smelling of floor disinfectant etc make it a bad experience. Had paid for a panorama view room - got a ground floor room - again the person at the reception didn’t care a hoot when this was raised with him.

The staff was amazing and facilities were just as amazing. Gutteraja and Shekar we're the best.

Excellent rooms large,neat and clean.Over all it was very nice experience i fully recommend this hotel.Its pool is big.Rooms where spacious and facilities provided where nice.
