Enjoyed my stay! Good staff, easy, check-in, clean rooms, and a very good breakfast. We had a car and parking was easy and free.

Climatison non fonctionnel Chambre insalubre Odeur répugnante

Decent place for the price. Nothing fancy, but good value for a few nights stay. Luckily I was given a pretty large room as other rooms are much smaller, but they looked nice. There was an issue with the air conditioning not working properly, so it got kind of hot and I had to open the balcony room and leave it open day and night. Also, the shower fixture was not the best with pretty low water flow and not enough towels. But, overall it wasn’t bad for the price and the staff was helpful wherever needed.

The front desk agent was friendly! I did order breakfast at 8 am but they didn’t delivered it on time till 8:35 am. The showers are cluttered the water was overflowing ! And the carpet has stains everywhere very dirty ! this hotel is a trash I would not recommend please save your time and money and book elsewhere!

للاسف الفندق ليس مثل الصور المعروضة وكان في اصلاحات وللاسف الغرفة كان التهوية فيها ضعيفة وأيضا الشيء الاسوء أن الماء يخرج من التواليت ويدخل الى الغرفة الذي سبب ان الفرشة كانت مببلله طول الوقت مما يسبب العفن والرائحة ,, الاستقبال كانوا جيدين ومضايفين للامانة ,, ولكن الفطور أيضا لم يكن هناك مكان بوفيه ولم يكن في المستوى المأمول .. مكان قريب من أكادل وأيضا من محطة القطار

I bought two seats and I have the receipt.They gave my seats to other passengers. I was really disappointed specially when I told them my husband has back problem . I am sorry Air France your service needs more consideration to your customers.

Chambre avec odeur de canalisation. j’ai dû batailler pour la changer, on m’a mis dans une chambre qui sentait le renfermé. On m’a dit que c’est du au fait que la clim n’y fonctionnait pas. les murs sont moisit. la chambre est très chère pour ce que c’est. j’ai pris cette hôtel car bien noté sur Hotels (8/10) honnêtement il vaut 4/10. je ne le recommande pas au vue du prix.

Good customer service and well trained staff .

La serviabilité des gens était touchante comparée à la propreté très très médiocre de la moquette la vue sur cour intérieure terrifiante et la Climatisation défectueuse…. Horrible. Mais la réception le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse des gens sans pareil et consonne à l’hospitalité du Maroc.

Friendly staff, generally clean hotel, but there were some spots in the carpet and the air conditioner wasn’t working/turned on. The hotel is hard to find even when you ask the locals. The hotel should do a better job with hotel sigh to make noticeable from the Main Street.
