全体的に部屋は素晴らしかったです！ただ、トイレがすごく臭くて、おしっこの匂いが強烈でした。改善してほしいです。

滞在するのに良い場所です。部屋はとても清潔で整頓されています。近くにレストランがたくさんあります。

サービスが良く、スポーツ愛好家に優しい。MTB レースのために旅行しているのですが、部屋に自転車を持ち込むことが許可されています。

Location: perfect. Many choices of eateries nearby. Accommodation: Just nice. Not going to overrate it, but all is fine. I would like to recommend the installation of a socket nearby the bed. That would bring more convenience for guests.

The room was spacious, better than expected. The receptionist was very helpful and even suggested places to go have lunch. Parking space is not a problem here.

Room is good no issue. I was stayed at room 232. Better to close permanently to make it is sound proof. Noise from nearby club/lounge wake me up at 2.30am and I cannot sleep until 4.30pm. Need to seal the window only. Other than that, this hotel is a good choice when you stay at Bintulu.

I'm choosing non smoking room but, the smell of the smoke still we can smell in our room. Anything else ok except the smell of the smoke.
