Uberを利用したので、立地は気にならなかった。ショッピングモールの隣なので、食事や買い物には便利。部屋の暖房が機能しないので、寒くて困りました。クローゼットに予備の毛布があったので利用しました。シャワーは固定式。洗面台は水しか出ないので、ちょとした洗濯もできずに不便。次回はもっと中心部に泊まりたいです。

CHEPEでの到着だったため、ホテルへはタクシーで行きました。タクシーでCHEPE駅から25分、空港へは15～20分程度です。Paseo Los Mochisというショッピングモールに隣接しており、モール内には大きいスーパーやフードコートもあるので開店中であれば何でも揃います。徒歩圏内に飲食店とコンビニ、喫茶店があります。利用しませんでしたが、ホテルにはレストランもありました。部屋は清潔でとても使い勝手が良く、コーヒーメーカーをはじめ、備品は十分でした。ウォシュレットが無いのはメキシコ全土共通かと思います。日中は確実に英語が話せる方がフロントにいらっしゃるようです。ロスモチスのダウンタウン(Centro)へ出るには距離がありますが、隣接のショッピングモールや周辺店舗で問題無ければ、便利だと思います。少し頑張れば、もう一つのショッピングモールへも行けます。

残念ながら治安が良い地域ではありません。 が、このホテル敷地内にはショッピングモールも有り、レストランもあるので食事に困りません。朝食もまずまずの内容だと思います。

I just wanted to share a bit about my recent stay. The staff at the lobby were really welcoming, which I appreciated. But honestly, some things in the room weren’t as clean as I expected—the coffee maker and the sink, for example. There was only half a roll of toilet paper and no small towels, which was annoying. I asked for the room to be cleaned twice, but it still hadn’t been done when I got back two days in a row. Also, I requested extra towels multiple times; sometimes I would not even get the extra towels. The worst part was hearing the housekeeper complain every morning about guests and hating her job. At one point, she even complained about my room because I had the “do not disturb” sign up until noon, and then I called to ask why the room wasn’t cleaned. I honestly didn’t know I had to get her approval or follow some schedule. It just felt really unprofessional. I stayed here a few months ago with no issues, so this was really disappointing. The only truly helpful and polite person was an older lady who brought extra towels late one night. Overall, I don’t recommend this place and probably won’t be coming back. I usually write detailed reviews for places in Mexico, so expect a more thorough one soon.

Hotel deplorable en las condiciones en lo que lo tienen, pedi cambio de habitación porque la puerta de la regadera no cerraba y toda el agua se salía.. el baño súper sucio lleno de sarro y moho… la habitación nueva que me dieron también muy sucia, las sábanas amarillas. En la mañana se empezó a meter un olor a comida en la habitación, los dos días que estuve ahí fue lo mismo. Todo el piso 2 olía a comida de extremo a extremo, asumí que era la cocina del hotel. Es una lástima porque la ubicación es súper buena pero nunca me había dado tanto asco un hotel.
