アパートはとても清潔で居心地が良かったです。広々としたスペースで、4人で泊まるのにぴったりの部屋でした！唯一の欠点は、シャワーのお湯が使い切ってしまうと、温まるまでに時間がかかることです。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした! 部屋は清潔で広々としていました! ロケーションは中心部にとても便利でした。

Fantastic location just steps away from Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Literally at its doorstep. However, the convenience comes with a slight negative as our room was above a very busy street and the sound proofing wasn't fantastic which affected our sleep as we were affected by the noise from the streets for almost the whole night. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to request for a room that doesn't face the main street (above Macdonalds), if they have one. Other than that, we had a great stay and the room looked newly renovated recently. The size is also perfect for my family of 4. The apartment also has an elevator, but it was not working during our 2 days stay.

Amazing place. Very close to Firenze SN station. Room is clean, comfy, spacious, and provided with bottle water, tea/coffee + kettle. Hotel assistant Anita is very nice, offered to use staff kitchen for us to heat some food. Definitely will come again!
