客室については残念な部分が散見されましたが、スタッフの対応は良かったです。全体的に趣きのある雰囲気に満足ではありますが、設備の近代化が課題であると考えます。

8月7日から友人と3泊しました。ホテルは、こじんまりとしていて、オールドマーケットにも近くて便利でした。フロントのスタッフも問題ありませんでした。しかしながら、こんなトラブルに見舞われました。 ①着替え用の服が突然なくなった。外に出しっぱなしにしていたのも悪いが・・ ②帰国日、友人がベッドの上にアイフォーンを置き忘れた。空港で気づいてホテルに電話して、フロントスタッフに探してもらうが、見つからなかった。 ③帰国後気づいたのだが・・・ レンタルしたwi-hiのバッテリーがなくなっていた。 一度も使うことなく、部屋の中に置きっ放しにして いたので、チェックアウトの時には、全然気づかなくて、後からレンタル会社に指摘されて、弁償した。 以上

Very nice hotel. Very good service.

Parfaitement situé, personnel très sympa et arrangeant, calme même si en bord de rue. Petite piscine très propre. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner un peu moyen. Clim fonctionnait mais souci avec ventilateur. Une seule prise dans la chambre.

Herzlicher Empfang, Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr hilfsbereit. Unterkunft hat gute Lage und bietet alles was nötig ist.

The manager has done a great job in training the staff, very polite and nothing is too much trouble for them.. they make this hotel awesome.

The staff was great except the guy at the pool. He was very inattentive. I asked for a towel and without looking up from his cell phone he just grunted and pointed to the towels. People also complained he did not put the foam mattresses on the sunning chairs

It’s is a plain but clean and fairly confortable room. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Pay for what you get and a bit more,it was exactly what we needed. Not to far from the market about 5-10 min walk which I felt safe. We didn’t expect much just a clean bed and shower. The AC worked fine for us. Used the pool was nice no one was ever there. For hotel pick up there was a bit of confusion but they showed up eventually after getting a hold of them someone they showed up in 20 min. I would stay here again.

Great little pool in a perfectly central location. Close to Pub Street with bars, restaurants, and shopping. Only about 30 min from airport and temples. The pool bar didnt have a bar tender, so we couldnt get mixed drinks, but refrigerated beer and soft drinks available. If you book through Expedia be careful. We were told that we would get free breakfast online, but our we didnt notice the receipt said we didnt. They were kind and gave us half off our breakfast. Rooms are confortable.

Hotel simple y sin nada que ofrecer

A nice hotel with a family touch, though at times with a slightly helpless staff. Don't expect too much by way of breakfast. A good location, within a walk from a town centre.

Ruime kamers, prima receptie personeel, ontbijt ok, dicht bij centrum

The hotel is not too far from the action. The slight downer is the bathroom rates as OK but not much better. The staff were as helpful as they could be. The overall impression is the place is a bit stark, white walls and wooden doors, could do with a bit of colour. Perhaps some plants or painting in the corridors would give the place a lift. For the price it was alright.
