Shuttle service at night was disorganized. Waited more than an hour and then spent $27 on Uber. Morning was fine.

Muy bien en cuanto al cuarto, no me recibieron en el aeropuerto y tuve que pagar $42 Usd al taxi para llegar al Hotel, q en realidad está a 16 min del aeropuerto y no 8 como lo marca el mapa. Había mucha gente en recepción pero muy buena atención. Lo único que solo hay alimentos de caja y ya no había lugares abiertos a la hora q llegue.

Near the airport. Ordinary hotel. Nothing special.

I got stranded at D.F.W. and went to motels .com and booked my room and the staff was excellent .They picked me up and got me back without a hitch and the girls at the desk made a good situation out of a bad experience..I will keep 4 Points in mind for future stays Thanx

Ended up here due to a missed connection so needed a hotel close to the airport. Bed was comfy which was nice . Not too many food options available on a Saturday evening but did go to the tiny restaurant by the bar. Menu was limited but food was good and fresh.

Very clean new property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that some guests were loud throughout the night.

Picture this: for exceeding the yearly sales goals and leading all other Dunder Mifflin branches in profits, Micheal Scott promises the Scranton branch office employees a retreat and has settled on Dallas-Fort Wort area. The excited employees, picturing modern and sophisticated downtown Dallas and rustic western charm of Fort Worth, arrive and are shuttled just outside the airport north gates to the Four Points by Sheraton DFW Airport North Hotel and Conference Center. Chosen by Michael primarily because he could pay for the entire stay on his credit card and earn “points”, you can picture the looks on the faces of the employees upon learning that the hotel is 30 minutes from both Dallas and Fort Worth and no public transportation exists. Stuck at the hotel with the six guests heading to the airport tomorrow at 5:30 a.m. and the one guy at the bar whose wife kicked him out of the house this afternoon because she’s “tired of his sh*t.” The hotel front desk is in the “conference center”, which looks like a converted evangelical worship center built in the 1980’s and somehow appears to only be accessible through random back doors. Let’s just say that if this is where your employer is hosting its conference, you might want to polish up those LinkedIn and Indeed profiles and don’t count on that Christmas bonus. Parking was 18 per day instead of stated fees on site. Receptionist stated parking fees were changed in 2018.
