Based on previous reviews I was quite skeptical. Having my own experience at the Grand Hotel has made me realize I cannot make my decisions based on reviews. My hotel stay here was great! The staff: friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms: comfortable, quiet with VERY HOT WATER! I needed help connecting to wifi, done! I needed toiletries: provided. The breakfast that’s included in the very good price: delicious and good portion. The outdoor space: green and pleasant to walk around in. Is it high end like the Regis or the Marriott? NO! If you are expecting accommodations as such, go elsewhere. This is a growing town and this hotel is a comfortable spot that is walking distance to all the tourist areas. I was fortunate to visit during off peak season and my room was located in the back area. I can understand if you stay in a room located facing the street that it can be quite loud. With the friendly staff, I believe they would be happy to accommodate you in a quieter room if possible. I am very pleased with my stay here for the 3 nights and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

There was mold in our room, which made it difficult for me to breathe as I have asthma. We were supposed to stay three nights, but ended up having to leave as I couldn’t breathe properly. showed pictures to the front desk and tried to get a refund of the one night, but unfortunately was not able to. Expedia also tried for me to no avail.

It was quiet and yet in the middle of a busy walkable area. Great breakfast. Great wifi reception. Beautiful gardens. Ask them to help you understand how to control the shower temperature.

El estado del Hotel es lamentable , peor que un Hostal, humedad en las habiaciones. suciedad por todos lados NADA recomendado.

Property is outdated, but has pretty gardens and green areas. But it definitely needs to be remodeling! Staff was very nice and very helpful.

Es un hotel que está justo antes de la calle principal comercial llamada Santander. La ubicación es muy adecuada y el hotel dispone de unos jardines maravillosos. Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización. El personal es muy amable

The hotel and restaurant are incredible! The staff and service are impeccable. Super close to the port, the shopping street, and incredible restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.

This hotel is a quiet, secluded garden in a busy little town, staffed by sunny, helpful people, and offering an excellent breakfast for the start of your day.

All was fine, needs an option for a hair dryer and a kettle in the room. There was no mini fridge. Receptionist and breakfast where excellent.
