The hotel is nice and friendly. Best thing for me was it was ure veg restaurant and its' walkable distance from Railway Station.

Hotel service was good. Cleanliness was great. The food was lacking and it made my wife very sick. The location is unfortunate but it is in the middle of Surat which can't be helped. The Hotel staff outside that help you with the doors keep saluting you as if you're some official which is kind of uncomfortable.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Level of cleanliness was very good. Didn't like the wet bathroom. Would prefer shower cubicle or even a shower tray so floor didn't get wet and slippery.

It's in pretty busy location Infront of railway station.though lots of noise might disturb it gets subsides as u get room away from road side.restaurant pretty decent but small place though.good collection in buffet breakfast.tender cocunut water is highlight which normally woundnt find even in star hotels.rooms is okay but a bit more moving space would have been appreciated.ovrall okay for business stay.would recommend though.

In general was ok, it is a Muslim faith themed hotel. Which is fine, but if you prefer not to have that it’s good to know before you book.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were big and spacious (superior suite) and value for money. The staff were very friendly and dealt with any queries appropriately. I loved the breakfast which was included with the stay, the food and service for sure was great. It's not everyday you get masala dosa for breakfast. In addition , the staff were very polite and well mannered. I was extremely happy when they exchanged my money for me eventhough it wasn't part of their service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Surat.
