I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. I used the laundry service but they have forgotten to proceed the service after receiving my clothes. Eventually, I didn't get the laundered clothes. I was really disappointing for it.

Not bad, but the bed and pillows are terrible, Cleanness is ok, but it can improve. Guest's service is great friendly and the food is good too, expensive if compared to the restaurants in the area.
