Very close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the South Indian dishes. The staff were kind and welcoming — especially the lady at the restaurant, who was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

The hotel does not provide the password for an access of free Wifi immediately after check in. I was out of access till next day. It also often cut. The room is relatively clean but the quality decreased much compared to last year. The hotel staff are helpful but often say the different things and you will be confused.

チェンナイ発のフライトが深夜便であったためデイユース目的で滞在しました。（実質5時間位）入り口は裏通りに面しており、交通量も少なく静かです。部屋はまあまあ許容レベル。蚊はいましたが。 一番の利点は空港への無料送迎でしょう。チェックアウト後に直ぐに送ってもらえました。早朝発の前泊、深夜発のデイユースには良いホテルだと思います。

The room was great and the restaurant was excellent. However, this hotel was advertised with airport shuttle included. I was unable to book the shuttle beforehand via email and had to pay for a taxi to take me back to the airport. The shuttle was a major reason that I chose this hotel so next time I will probably stay elsewhere.

Facilities were fine for the price. They didn’t have shuttle service to airport as mentioned in Expedia, but they called a taxi, Rs 400 about $5. Very close to the airport. Expedia needs to check and correct about airport shuttle.

The Odor in the room was horrible. I couldn’t stay in the room for atleast 10 minutes and didn’t even return to the room to sleep.

Neat and clean. Only limitation is bathroom is not having proper holders to keep soap and shampoo.

It was an ok hotel to crash and get up early.

We stayed at this property for one night as my husband was flying back to the UK after a 8 day stay in Goa - I was staying in Chennai for work. One night was enough. The room was very dated, and smelt VERY strongly of moth balls. There clearly wasn't a great deal of attention to detail when cleaning lots of dusty corners, and some cobwebs when you look up. The only good thing about the room was it was spacious. That's about it. The main road which the hotel sits on did not feel safe. My husband and I ventured out to get some water and that's about it. The restaurant attached to the downstairs of the hotel did not look very sanitary although I can't speak for the restaurant inside the hotel as it was closed by the time we arrived. I would not stay here again. The hotel needs a massive overhaul and some better
