Check-in was complicated. Even passport# was required to put in through the net. gate password was also bit complicated. Others are pretty good.

ホテルはデザイナーズホテルのようで、スタイリッシュで、フロントの対応も悪くないが、金曜土曜の夜は、すぐ横の広場で夜中までお酒を飲みながら話をしている人の声が少し聞こえた。部屋の向きによってはもう少し気になるのではないかと思う。

スタッフの方は皆フレンドリーかつとても親切で、英語でのコミュニケーションも全く問題なくスムーズにステイできました。部屋もとっても清潔です。お湯もちゃんと出ます。朝食はシンプルですが満足しています。 駅も徒歩圏内で主要観光地も簡単にアクセスできました。 スーパーも近くにあります。 時間またバルセロナに行くことがあればまたお世話になりたいです。

What a fantastic property! Having never been to Barcelona before, we were “green” as to where to stay. The Gràcia quarter was amazing and this hotel is at the heart of it all. Located right next to a central square full of shops and restaurants, the area comes alive in the late afternoon in to the evening. Families out just living life! Our balcony overlooked it all, and even though the room was extremely quiet, we chose to have our balcony door open to soak it all in. The rooms are amazing, the staff extremely helpful and everything you require is mere steps away. Stay here, you won’t regret it. Sonder does it right!

La atención, las instalaciones y su personal muy amables .

Accueil agréable. Un peu inquiet pour le risque (incendie,agression) car il n’y a pas d’employés dans l’hôtel le soir. Le réglage de la température au lavabo n’est pas naturel…

This property as advertised is not what it actually is, unfortunately the lower entry has a sewage smell & is cramped & not well kept! The upper hallways make you feel your in a container box & very drab! The rooms are at best basic with few amenities including no place for clothes! Very small bath! Not up to Travelocity standards! BTW the staff were all wonderful & caring! We did not stay, but left immediately for another hotel!

Great property great location easy access to city centre 10 journeys on the underground for €13.75

room is spacious, clean, and tastefully minimalistic. front concierge is very nice and helpful. area feels safe. it's a bit of a walk to metro station and tourist attractions. If anyone is talking in the hallway outside, you will hear every word.

Clean and practical with great location. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. Wish we could of stayed longer!

The hotel has everything you need when you need a base to sleep and take a shower. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the side not facing the plaza.

A truly great experience!

Notre hébergement préféré de Barcelone, dans le quartier à la mode de Gràcia. De quoi profiter de la ville sans étouffer dans la vieille ville remplie de touristes. Chambre très confortable et bien climatisée. Nous adorons !

This hotel is fantastic! Clean, up to date, and perfect location. Judith the receptionist could not be more helpful! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It was great. There was no hand soap which was strange but otherwise it was a great place to stay. I wish also they had provided outlet converters but i dont know if other places do that.

Excellent location, great staff, nice terrace to Relax

비대면 체크인으로 체크인하는데, 1시간 이상 소모되었습니다. 인터넷 속도가 너무 느려서 본인 확인에러가 반복되었습니다.

Clean, quiet, nice area. Staff helpful. But the AC was not working, room got quite stuffy. Noisy with window open.
