リビング、ダイニング、キッチンのスペースが広くて、快適に過ごせました。 施設の設備はよかったと思います。 チェックアウト時にワルシャワ駅までのタクシーを9時に頼んでいたのですが、結局来たのが9時30分。担当の男性はチャックアウト時に来ると言っていたが姿を表さず、代わりに来た女性は自分は予定通りに9時には来たからタクシーが来ないのは自分の責任ではないと、不誠実な対応でした。 もう少しでクラクフ行きのEIPに乗り遅れそうになりました。 念の為、メールでも前日に再確認し、タクシーの時間などを確認していましたが、きちんとした対応で予約していたとは思えません。 エレベーターもなく、４階まで階段。荷物も自分で運ぶしかありませんでした。 市街地広場前で場所も施設内の設備もよかったですが、５つ星クラスの対応とは思えませんでした。 次回は必ず、ブリストルホテルに泊まりたいと思います。 2度とこの施設は利用しません。快適な旅には不安です。

アパートメントタイプを初めて利用したため、チェックインに多少戸惑ったが、素早い対応をしていただいた。立地は旧市街広場に面していて、窓の外は広場全体が見渡せて雰囲気は最高でした。アパートの設備も充実していて、部屋の中だけでなく、持ち歩きのWi-Fiまで用意されていて驚きました。

旧市街のほぼ中心にあり、観光には抜群の立地でした。にもかかわらず、夜は静かで落ち着けました。室内はゴージャスで清潔。なによりも、スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった！！夜遅い時間に発生した私たち起因のトラブルにも即対応していただきました。またぜひ利用したいです。

Was a lovely apartment right on the old town square. A luxury to stay in such a big apartment. Loved the toiletries supplied. Washing machines as alway.. super handy.

Everything was very good. The only thing we didn’t like was we could not substitute the Duma for a blanket as we found the Duma far too hot.

Amazing all around. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Look right out your window to market square. Host was amazing. Rooms were spacious. We did not want to leave.

I know it is not the tradition everywhere, but we always appreciate wash cloths and facial tissues. The location is noisy at night, but that is inevitable with such a great location. Alex gave us great service upon our arrival. Thank you!

The location could not be beat!! The view of the square from our apartment was amazing. The staff, Laura was our host and Alex also helped, were both fantastic. The space was wonderful and luxurious.

Amazing location, incredible apartment - had everything we needed and more. We only wish we were staying longer - and had the opportunity to use the fully equipped kitchen! Thank you Alex for being so accommodating with check-in, giving us a warm welcome and being available during our stay. We didn't drive, so not sure of the parking options Can't wait to stay when we visit Warsaw again

Beautiful apartment in the most incredible location. Everything was top notch. Laura was wonderful and very helpful. I would stay there again next time I’m in town.

The only possible negative was that we both had the impression from the marketing on website that 1) property overlooked the Old Town square and 2) there was airport shuttle included. Neither were that important, just stating that we had those impressions which we then adjusted to.

Exceeded expectations.. Large, comfortable rooms, well-equipped. Located near restaurants and central to culture, Old Town, etc. Manager on call andresponsive.

Positively exceptional property. Right on the smaller old town square. Delightful host. No breakfast on the square. Great food just off the northwest corner Kwiaty? Best we had. One of the very best rooms we have ever had including Kowloon Intercontinental.

Excellent accommodation in a fantastic position in the Old Town of beautiful Warsaw.Alex was a terrific host and communication with him was very straightforward.The accommodation is of the highest standard and we would most certainly book there again. If you book this lovely accommodation you will not be disappointed.
