Kamar luas, kamar mandi bersih, pemilik sangat ramah dan responsif, suasana sejuk.

I booked the place for 3 nights and two rooms, as we checked that they have very good reviews. My husband and I stayed in room number 3 then my son and my Mum stay in room number 4. As soon as we arrive the TV didn’t work, then we try to use wifi to my son watch YouTube but the wifi also didn’t work. The AC didn’t cold even we put it on for 3 hours and very noisy. As my husband can’t stay with the noisy AC we switch the room to my son’s room. In the room number 4 the AC better as not noisy but still not so cold. The worst part is the bed, in this room the bed very noisy, every time we move the bed had very noisy sound. So all of us end up not rest at all during the night, then we decided to move to other property. We only stayed one night and asked for refund to other two nights.

Hotel yang bagus dan nyaman, staf ramah dan baik semua, sarapan enak dan porsi makanan juga banyak, cuma 1 kekurangan, kalau bisa di kamar mandi, diberikan flush untuk mencuci setelah selesai bab karena untuk tamu lokal, itu sangat buat tidak nyaman.
