走狗屎运才会选上这间黑店 这是我多年旅行来,发生的最不愉快的事件。 根本是花钱来被歧视,被坑。 办理入住手续时他就没礼貌的向我们声明,我们9人入住,会很吵。要说话去阳台。要吃早餐不能同时出来吃。一次只能2位。看得出,老人,小孩,家庭入住他十分不欢迎。 酒店隔音很差。可老板似乎把隔音问题的压力赖在住客身上。我们在走廊说话不能用正常音调。只能用气来发音。要不他就会摆张像屎般臭的脸。我们说话都得鬼鬼祟祟的真的很不自在。 宾馆老板态度有问题/有怪癖。是个中年男子。 老板一整天窝在那里,我们入住期间感觉被监视。入住这间宾馆有被压迫的感觉,也没隐私。他就算不打扫房间也天天进房检查房间。 应该是看我们不顺眼或不想让我们来得及吃,刻意把早餐时间从8:00am改成8:10am.父母8点坐在那里等待,他一脸不悦。我们一共9人入住,摆了几片面包来应酬我们。真是一毛不拔。 他说我爸妈把他们的床单被单弄脏,要罚款110000won. 我们回国后,预定状态被他更改至无法评论。我气极。 他还发了邮件告诉我们。他房里的东西被我们损坏。他有闭入电视,照片证明。要预订酒店平台向我们收取罚款。还说若我不在网上差评他的宾馆,他会不计较这些。这是种威胁,但我坚决把我的遭遇公开。没做错不怕。 这种鬼地方就算免费让我入住我都不要勒。太恐怖了。投诉了韩国旅游发展局也没法帮我做什么,他们说明没有针对韩国民宿或宾馆做规定或法律。所以大家入住韩国真的需要慎选。 其实明洞有很多不错的住宿。所以建议大家别冒着踩地雷的危险去入住这间宾馆。会影响大家出游的心情,扫大家的兴。

Feared for my life be careful if you book this hotel. The owner of this guesthouse is too treacherous. I suggest that all coming guests bring their own bed sheets, towels, hangers, carpet, etc since he will charge their guest for whatever damages incurred. This guest house owner emailed me regarding the damages found in rooms after our stayed. Expect us to bear for all this cost. By reading his email I feel threatened. He mentioned that he have evidence in cctv, pictures prove his said. Honestly I am not afraid and interested in receiving his evidence as it is way too ridiculous to get his guest liable based on unreasonable assumption. I will compensate if cctv records show that the facilities in rooms is destroyed by us intentionally. He request us to apologies. However I don't think my apology and compensation is necessary because I have not done anything wrong. I will not admit things that I have not done! Please do not stay here. Ever!

Do not mislead by the high rating rate of this guesthouse on any booking website. Trust me, this is the worst place I have ever stay in. This guesthouse owner tried to rip me off during & after our stayed. I’ve emailed to korea tourism board for this issue but they informed me that any matters concerning guest house operations or reservations cannot be processed because there are no related laws. So guys please be aware and careful if you choose to stay any guesthouse in korea. By sharing my experience here because I don't wish other travellers get any unpleasant experience or trouble same like me. Please do not choose this guesthouse after read my reviews. Thanks

Do not stay here.. Ever.. I have chosen this accommodation for me and my family. I've booked 5 rooms in total. We stayed here for 4 nights. Sadly, it doesn't live up  to our expectation and it wasn't a pleasant experience in Korea due to our stay. The guesthouse owner emailed me twice about facilities in rooms been destroyed by us after I request agent to change my reservation status to correct one. By reading his email I feel intimidated. He want me to apologies and compensate. But I don't think my apology and compensation is necessary because I have not done anything wrong. He claimed that Room 503-hanger damaged; Room 510-bathroom slipper broken, carpet is burned & melted by hair iron; Room 506-bedding ball pen marks. Room 507 - black stains are embedded in white bedding; Here is my explanation of his allegations: - Room 503 - we are not the first time user of clothes hanger and we are aware of the proper way of using it. We believe that it is our responsibility as an occupant to use it  in a correct and responsible manner. Unfortunately, when we tried to hang our clothes with the hanger, it was too vulnerable that the wooden part fell.you possess the right to get us liable if you believe that this is a reasonable action given the poorly maintained facilities. Things can be spoil through wear and tear. Please do not expect us to bear for all these costs. Room 510 - I shouldn't be liable  for the loss as the damage and defect mentioned had been there since we first moved in. We didn't  manage to take note of every single defect mentioned as we fail to pay attention on all details of the room. Room 506 - I admit that I had inadvertently stained your linen caused by ink of my pen. I am willing to pay for the loss caused as a result of of the stain. Just a reminder, you recognized that the stain can be removed by detergent and water  when I mentioned it to you. You said will not charged me for that when I was there. But now you are going to charge me laundry fees for it.? Room 507 - Regarding the bedding damage of room 507 which stated that a lot of black stains are embedded in the white bedding please take note that I have paid 70000 won for compensation. Originally you asked for 110000 won but upon the request of our Korean tour guide it was reduced to 70000 won. So what is your problem now? If you feel 70000 won is insufficient I can request the authorities concerned to check if the price is reasonable for a bed cover which you asked for 55000 won and a futon cover for 55000 won. you had claimed that the bed sheet was stained by the shirt colour of my parents.You reached this conclusion by just  basing  on CCTV footage of my parents  appearing  in your lift in a rainy day as claimed.On top of that, you made assumption that my parents went straight to bed after going back to their room. It is unfair to make such  an assumption solely based on the CCTV footage and applying imaginative thinking in a wrong way. We paid you because we were in a rush for time, we do not want to miss our precious last few hours of sight-seeing instead of wasting our time disputing over this matter. He get agent staff to inform me that he will not charge me for facilities destroyed only if I not leaving bad reviews about them. Please bear in mind that I will not admit Things that I have not done. I will just give an honest account of my own experience. Other than this, house owner mentioned that he have evidence in cctv, pictures prove his said. Honestly I am not afraid and interested in receiving his  evidence as it is way too ridiculous to get his guest liable  based on unreasonable assumption. I will compensate if cctv records show that the facilities in rooms is destroyed by us intentionally. A kind reminder to house owner that the glass  rack in the washroom of room 507 is not firm .Please repair it in time to prevent any misunderstanding between you and upcoming guest .I  fervently hope that  they will have  a pleasant stay in  Korea. To prevent future misunderstanding, I suggest that all your coming guests bring their own bed sheets, towels, hangers, carpet, etc

Room is homey, cheap, and clean. The place is nearby Myeongdong Shops, bus stop, and subway, but quite difficult to find for the first time, so, better ask the tourist information first before coming to the hotel. Tourist Information Office is near the hotel and very helpful. I will stay again when coming to Seoul in the future.
