主要な観光スポットに近く便利です。併設のレストランは、地元の方もよくいらっしゃるようで、お食事時に賑わっています。最上階のバーも人気のようです。そのバーに行くおしゃれをしてお出かけになっている宿泊客ではないご夫婦とエレベータでお会いし、とても楽しそうでした。朝食は、併設のレストランでとります。メニューはシンプルです。レストランのスタッフさんが親切で感じがよく、朝から安らぎます。彼女たちの笑顔のおかげで、ひとり旅のつまらなさ？（笑）も解消できたように思いました。

旧市街の観光スポットはほぼ徒歩圏内、サンクリストバルのケーブルカー乗り場も散歩しながら行ける範囲でロケーションは非常に便利。レストランの質も高く、夜は屋上でワインも楽しめる。小ぶりなホテルで落ち着いた雰囲気がよい。名前通り内装にもワインの絵が多く、階毎に葡萄の種類の名前が付けられている。部屋が北向きで眺望が無かったことが唯一残念だった。

今人気のおしゃれスポット、lasterria地区にも近く、最高の立地。内装はモダンで心地よい。朝食も美味しく、屋上のテラスには夕暮れ時を寛げる雰囲気のいいオーブンテラスもあり、晴れていれば周囲の山々も望める。手頃な値段で価値あり。

No bottled water provided in the room and the floor was dirty with hair

Me permitieron hacer el check-in antes del horario previsto, lo cual fue un gran detalle. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada, con calefacción y todos los amenities necesarios: cepillo y pasta dental, peine, kit de afeitar, vanity kit, gorra de baño, body lotion, shampoo, shower gel e incluso batas de baño. El desayuno fue excelente, con mucha variedad y todo delicioso. El personal de recepción fue siempre muy atento, especialmente la señorita Mayra, quien estuvo siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Al momento del check-in solicitaron una garantía de US$100 que fue devuelta sin problema al hacer el check-out.

Hôtel très accueillant sur le thème du vin (beaucoup français). Arrivé très tard, la réception était très bien. Chambre très bien équipée et literie excellente. Petit déjeuner copieux et de très bonne qualité.

O hotel em sim é muito bom, bem localizado - embora a avenida em si seja bem “centrão”, fica do LADO das principais ruas de lastarria, coisa de 200m - quarto ótimo, cama e banho excelentes. Únicos pontos a desejar foram: café da manhã, é gostoso, mas é simples e não tem variedade (todo dia a mesma coisa); e a acústica. fiquei no 7o andar, embaixo do restaurante - peçam pra mudar! Da pra ouvir o som do quarto, entre 23h e 00h eles ficam arrastando mesas e cadeiras fazendo MUITO barulho no quarto, impossível dormir até que o restaurante feche. Se eu posso deixar uma sugestão para o hotel é que o restaurante NÃO arrastem os móveis ou coloquem protetor nos pés das mesas e cadeiras, isso já ajudaria.

Location was great. We could walk to so many places. Supermarket close by for snacks. Windows are double glazed so street sound was minimal. Plenty of good food for the breakfast. Tap water was the cleanest city water I have ever tasted.

Pelo preço, oferece um quarto confortável e um café da manhã gostoso. O chuveiro é bom e a limpeza do quarto foi boa. Porem o atendimento ao hospede foi péssimo. Um dos quartos estava com a descarga estragada e apesar de repetidos pedidos, não foi consertada durante toda a estadia. Isso foi muito desagradável, pois é algo essencial. Um dos funcionarios da recepçao foi grosseiro e desagradavel na saída. Por esses motivos, ao retornar para Santiago, ficaremos em outro hotel.

Being central to everything & yet the rooms were quiet (double glazing). The staff were friendly & Miguel the taxi driver they arranged for us was fantastic. We laughed so much. The room was clean & plenty big enough even with the huge bed. Breakfast was filling & I liked there were roast veggies available after so much meat & bread in Chilean meals.

Es un hotel botiquín ubicado casi al lado de Lastarria y el Museo de Bellas Artes. Un buen restaurante y tranquilo con una buena selección de vinos.

Hotel Sommelier Boutique was wonderful! The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. Costumer service was great with staff being very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to many important Santiago landmarks and sites, along with a slew of restaurants and cafes. It is also a 5 minute walk from the artsy Lastarria neighborhood. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and so was the rooftop restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel in good location. Good wifi, great breakfast, fantastic staff. Very comfortable, large and clean room. Also quiet. Would definitely stay here again

I love this hotel so much that I get upset when my company doesn't allocate enough money to stay there. The people are very friendly and work with my Spanish practice although they are fluent in English. Although the breakfast area is small, they put on a very nice breakfast buffet. They also offer coffee that I like, coffee caliente con leche fría. The location is perfect for visiting .Santiago Centro, is centered around Plaza de Armas, the city's historical heart. There are many shops and local vendors line the streets selling their wares. There are musicians busking on the city corners. There is such a vibrant, joyous feeling that I spend a lot of time there. Also very close to the hotel is the Cerro Santa Lucía (Santa Lucia Hill). This hill, located in the city center, offers a park with staircases and plazas leading to a viewpoint at the summit. There are fruit and vegetable markets walkable from this hotel.
