主要な観光スポットに近く便利です。併設のレストランは、地元の方もよくいらっしゃるようで、お食事時に賑わっています。最上階のバーも人気のようです。そのバーに行くおしゃれをしてお出かけになっている宿泊客ではないご夫婦とエレベータでお会いし、とても楽しそうでした。朝食は、併設のレストランでとります。メニューはシンプルです。レストランのスタッフさんが親切で感じがよく、朝から安らぎます。彼女たちの笑顔のおかげで、ひとり旅のつまらなさ？（笑）も解消できたように思いました。

旧市街の観光スポットはほぼ徒歩圏内、サンクリストバルのケーブルカー乗り場も散歩しながら行ける範囲でロケーションは非常に便利。レストランの質も高く、夜は屋上でワインも楽しめる。小ぶりなホテルで落ち着いた雰囲気がよい。名前通り内装にもワインの絵が多く、階毎に葡萄の種類の名前が付けられている。部屋が北向きで眺望が無かったことが唯一残念だった。

今人気のおしゃれスポット、lasterria地区にも近く、最高の立地。内装はモダンで心地よい。朝食も美味しく、屋上のテラスには夕暮れ時を寛げる雰囲気のいいオーブンテラスもあり、晴れていれば周囲の山々も望める。手頃な値段で価値あり。

Nice selection of breakfast food options, room was clean and we had a good dinner from the roof top bar.

Room was very comfy and big!

Location was good, walking distance to main attractions. It is on the edge of lastarria district. Neighbourhood is safe but you may want to be cautious of which direction you're walking when exploring after sunset. Room size was good, we had plenty of space for 2. Cleanliness was ok - the place was a bit dated so some areas did look a bit rough. Interesting that the coffee in the room is not included and was a minibar charge, but I guess I missed the sign. Breakfast had the essentials. Front desk was helpful for the most part. They helped with luggage storage. Also got some help when we had trouble with our wine tour booking.

the staff were so helpful, we had a tour cancelled by another provider, and the staff helped find us another option so then we didn't waist a day.

Lovely people and great location

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean.

We stayed for only one night arriving after midnight and a long travel day, and Hotel Sommelier was the perfect first stop from which to begin our vacation. The staff and service were exceptional and the hotel is unique, well kept and just lovely!

Hola, soy chilena y vivo en EEUU. Obviamente el servicio que se ofrece en USA es muy distinto al de Chile, por lo mismo comprendo y he decidido escribir este review. Trabajo en la industria y a pesar de que el hotel a mi esposo americano y a mi nos parecio maravilloso, el servicio en el restaurante del rooftop (no mucamas, no desayuno, no front desk) fue minimo. Entiendo que la propina se esta llevando a cabo como cultura ultimamente, yo siempre doy mas acorde al servicio, pero Chile tiene mucho que aprender en el servicio de restaurante; por ejemplo, los liquidos deben llegar antes de la comida, el mesero deberia ser mas amable y mas flexible cuando clientes quieren su propia cuenta, incluso cuando se ofrece pagar al momento. Pedimos tablas, faltaba pan o crackers o algun carbohidrato... todo el tiempo sentimos con mi esposo que faltaba servicio de calidad para los precios que superan los precios americanos. Esto no es una critica, es una recomendacion. El hotel nos parecio maravilloso, el desayuno genial y bien surtido ( la atencion del desayuno fue mejor que el restaurant del rooftop), los banos, a pesar de la edad del hotel, muy modernizados y con buena presion de agua.... realmente un muy buen hotel, pero el servicio del restaurante necesita apoyo y training en el buen servicio.
