良い部屋でスタッフの対応も全員良かったです

主要な観光スポットに近く便利です。併設のレストランは、地元の方もよくいらっしゃるようで、お食事時に賑わっています。最上階のバーも人気のようです。そのバーに行くおしゃれをしてお出かけになっている宿泊客ではないご夫婦とエレベータでお会いし、とても楽しそうでした。朝食は、併設のレストランでとります。メニューはシンプルです。レストランのスタッフさんが親切で感じがよく、朝から安らぎます。彼女たちの笑顔のおかげで、ひとり旅のつまらなさ？（笑）も解消できたように思いました。

旧市街の観光スポットはほぼ徒歩圏内、サンクリストバルのケーブルカー乗り場も散歩しながら行ける範囲でロケーションは非常に便利。レストランの質も高く、夜は屋上でワインも楽しめる。小ぶりなホテルで落ち着いた雰囲気がよい。名前通り内装にもワインの絵が多く、階毎に葡萄の種類の名前が付けられている。部屋が北向きで眺望が無かったことが唯一残念だった。

今人気のおしゃれスポット、lasterria地区にも近く、最高の立地。内装はモダンで心地よい。朝食も美味しく、屋上のテラスには夕暮れ時を寛げる雰囲気のいいオーブンテラスもあり、晴れていれば周囲の山々も望める。手頃な値段で価値あり。

Excellent location, professional reception and housekeeping staff. Room has an early daily service. Local tips for restaurants was appreciated.

noise with the pub upstairs e is the biggest challenge (however it was only very heavy on Friday night until 1 am, on Sunday it was closed). All the rest a regular hotel I would recommend.

Unfortunately the bar was closed being Sunday. Lovely little restaurant bar over the road. The evening staff member was excellent he ordered an airport transfer for us and went out of his way to look after us. Great stay thanks

Overall great hotel - good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. However, do not stay on the top floor (7). It is INCREDIBLY noisy with noises from the restaurant on the top of the hotel, noises from the elevator, mystery noises in the walls ...

I had a wonderful stay in Chile because of the staff at this hotel. They let me check my bags early so I could look around the city til my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable the bed was extremely so. The staff provided maps and one even walked me to a pickup site. The hotel is nearly many sites to see and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

This was a lovely little boutique hotel near many attractions. The staff there was super helpful to me holding bags, directions one even escorted me to a bus stop. They arranged cabs etc. the room as spacious and comfortable. If I had anything I would change it would be a little more variety in the hot breakfast besides eggs maybe something like waffles? But on the whole a wonderful relaxing stay. I highly recommend them.
