Perfect location and hotel for early or late flights. the car park however is owned by Bristol Airport and therefore the £45 per night charge was an unexpected shock

The hotel was clean, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel location is convenient, but for foot passengers travelling with baggage, it's not so good. You have to walk a fair distance down a winding pathway, then push or pull your baggage up the hill for your return. When it is raining, this is very unpleasant. Not happy with this at all.

Great place to stay before your flight

Very convenience especially when you have to take 7 AM flight, and you would need to wake up at 4 AM. Continental breakfast was good enough for 5 AM.

Friendly folks ar the desk. Clean gym. Steps to terminal.

In Sweden, where I come from, we have a word, “lagom”, it means that something wasn’t great but wasn’t really bad either. It was in between. I get it. You’re a hotel at an airport. You order the food from an app. It didn’t taste like anything but it wasn’t bad either. The breakfast buffet was some boring bread, butter and jam. Please aim a little higher before you can call your breakfast a buffet. The staff was young and exuded the feeling that this was their first job. But then again. The price was okay the hotel is 2 minutes from the gates of the airport and the hotel was equipped with air conditioning and it was a very hot day.

Thought the breakfast was extremely disappointing- ran out of yoghurts at 930 am plus muffins and fruit salad had nearly finished - staff not very helpful when asked for a yoghurt ie none forthcoming!!!

Clean comfortable rooms with high quality bedding. Good bathroom facilities with walk in shower. Cooked meal not available after 2200., only sandwiches. Pity about walk from terminal, particularly with two heavy cases. A golf cart shuttle would be useful for older customers.

Wasn’t impressed with breakfast - fruit salad not topped up and not as good as other Hiltons I have stayed at.

Only stayed for one night before a flight but it was clean and comfortable. We left early hours of the morning so didn’t make use of any of the facilities. Overall it was good for what we needed and would stay again.

Great hotel for an early morning departure.Great staff and rooms etc. Only complaint is this is the 2nd stay in a row (April 26 and now) where we have had to call assistance from reception in the early hours to switch off a faulty air conditioning/heating alarm off in our room,really annoying. Otherwise great stay

There were no ice machines. Parking in the lot is very expensive - 45 pounds sterling per night....that's about $60.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport and the room was fine. But I have to give poor marks for the 'free breakfast'. We should have had a continental breakfast as 5am - there were only 1 x pastries out and 2 x small muffins and all the racks were empty. Other stations were also empty, few pieces of fruit in the bowl by the yogurt. Really poor when we paid over £300 for the rooms for a night.

The room was for 3 people, the 3rd bed was not set up, there were no pillows for it or quilt cover, due to a very early flight we did not have time to contact reception so made do with what we had

A well designed and maintained hotel. Our only criticism was the very limited dinner menu and the fact that extras (like chicken with a salad) could not apparently be ordered from the QR code so entailed a lot longish wait in line.
