部屋は思っていたよりも広く、バスタブも付いていて快適に滞在できた。冷蔵庫と金庫は付いていたが、湯沸器があればなお良いと思う。 チェックインを担当した男性スタッフは対応は迅速だったが、まるで愛想がなかった。 朝食はとても内容豊富で良かった。

10泊の長めの滞在でしたが、快適にすごせました！レトロで味のある空間で、そのようなクラッシックなホテル好きの方にはおすすめします。私たちの泊まったのは写真にあるようなソファーや椅子がないお部屋で、部屋で食事をする時には少し不便を感じましたが、屋根裏っぽくて落ち着きました。バスタブがあるのも長旅には有り難いです。朝食バイキングなので毎日の気分で好きなものを選べたし、朝食付きでこのお値段なのはコスパ最高だと思いました。ホテルのすぐ側にトラムの駅があり、ウィーン西駅方面、市庁舎方面へ1本でいけますし、徒歩5分程度で地下鉄U4の駅もありシェーンブルン宮殿もナッシュマルクトも行きやすかったので交通の便で困ることもなかったです。ホテルの前にはスーパーとマック、ドラックストアがあり便利でした。

毎年ウイーンに行きます。こちらのホテルを初めて利用しました。電車を利用する人には、とても便利で利用しやすいです。オペラ座へも直通、ウイーンの森やベートーヴェンの小路も近く、トラムを利用していけます。ミュンヘンや他の地方に移動する場合には、ホテルそばのトラムから乗り換えなしで西駅に行けます：5番（荷物がある場合は、新しいタイプのトラムを利用した方がいいです） ただ、部屋のお掃除の時間が、朝早くのタイミングをのがせば、夕方までされませんでしたので、私達のタイミングと合わず、5日宿泊中、3日間タオル交換のみでの滞在となりました。 ★コストパフォーマンス・利便性は抜群だと思います。

目の前にすーぱがあって買い物が楽しくできます。お土産に最適なチョコレートなどもあります。そして、ウィーンでは珍しい日曜日営業のお店です。地下鉄、トラムの駅も近いです。

外観、内装も良く、受付の方もにこやかに対応してくれました。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しく、この点に関しては満足しています。 ただ、私の泊まった部屋に限ってかもしれませんが、全体的に部屋が誰でも明らかに気づくくらいかなり傾いており(ヨーロッパではあまり気にしないのでしょうか？)、気になりました。 また、最も酷かったのはヒーターからの水漏れです。部屋に入った時からすでに水漏れしており、一晩で窓際の床はびしょ濡れで足の踏み場もなくなりました。 ホテルの受付の方に伝えて直してくれるとのことでしたが、部屋に戻ってみると変化なし…。 また、予約した部屋はエグゼクティブダブルルームという部屋で、エクスペディアで見ると非常に広い部屋のように見えましたが、実際は日本のビジネスホテルの天井を高くした程度の広さでした。 内装の感じや、ホテルのスタッフ、ホテルのレストランやバーなど充実しており悪いホテルではないのだと思いますが、新婚旅行だったこともあり残念無念、という感想です。

La habitación estaba muy sucia, desde la alfombra hasta la tetera que tiene hongos, no salía agua caliente de la regadera, el mini bar no tenía agua, las toallas estaban ásperas, viejas y sucias.

Great 4 star hotel for honest price.

Cleanes of Rooms were average, staff, didn't have enough knowledge of the city, breakfast wasn't very good I would not expect that hotel has 4star should be below.

Chambre propre, petit déjeuner de qualité mais : Trop de bruit : peu d isolation sur la rue et passage du tramway régulier des 6h du matin! Pas de volet et rideaux occultants très léger. Pas assez d oreiller et de serviettes. Service de chambre moyen qui ne change pas correctement les serviettes demandées.

Excellent petit déjeuner. Bien placé. Hôtel dans l’esprit viennois début 20eme. C’est exactement ce que je voulais.

A disappointment. 75% on the hotel, 25% on Hotels.com. A 20-minute queue for coffee in the breakfast restaurant. It was overcrowded with people the two first mornings. Two out of four coffee brewers were out of order. The queuing caused the guests to use double time on their breakfasts. Thus, the overcrowding and wait for free tables. The coffee maker in the room was broken. Nobody was fixing it. Always a long wait for the elevator. One of two has been out of order during the whole stay. The “studio suite junior” was not as described in the photos. An extra bed was also taking up floor space. Our room was similar to your presented photo of a “superior room”, which was cheaper. A small thing; there is a pole for the shower head, but no hook for fastening the shower head on it. The bar was closed, even if it were mentioned in the hotel overview. There was no restaurant in the hotel. There was no lounge for groups to gather. Communication through Hotels.com about the transfer service from the airport was unanswered. I called the hotel before departure from my home airport and got an answer that we could just get a cab from outside the airport. The hotel told me that they could not answer on the contact page on Hotels.com. I chose to buy train tickets. When waiting for the train, a chauffeur from the hotel emerged as a genie of the bottle. Ich bin mindestens zweimal im Jahr in Wien und bin meist im Bellevue zu Gast. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Lage ist durch die Nähe zur U4 und vor allem zum Franz-Josephs-Bahnhof perfekt zentral und trotzdem recht ruhig. Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Wientrip für den ich wieder im Bellevue absteigen werde.

Eerste dag weinig eten beschikbaar bij het ontbijtbuffet, tweede dag werd kamer niet schoongemaakt. Luidruchtige airco.
