清潔で良かったです。 空調の温度コントロールが安定していなかった気がします。

一言で快適です。あえて気になることと言えば空港から近いので飛行機の音が聞こえるくらい。 設備も新しくモールオブアメリカにも歩けなくはない距離（歩いている人は見なかったですが）

設備が新しく清潔で、清掃も行き届いている印象を持った。

綺麗なホテルで快適に過ごせました。 忘れずに清掃不要のタグが設置して欲しかった。

Walkable to MOA

Bartender was amazing

Did not like that I could not control the AC in the hotel room. It was way too warm. It was colder in the hallway and lobby. The music was blasting way too loud in the lobby area. I did like the little freebies. The lavender pouches and shower steamers were nice. The coffee was good.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating and we had a great stay. Rooms were nice, clean and roomy. Would recommend to friends and family.

This is the first time staying at an AC hotel and I love it. Great experience.

We thought breakfast was complementary. We realize it wasn’t. There was flies on the food. The young lady did change out one tray that the fly was actually on, but she didn’t change out the other two.. Didn’t understand why it had to pay for parking in a hotel where I was staying

Veey Clean, modern, comfortable

The property was excellent! Location was great for us! A little noisy in the morning but we were right across from the elevator.

Excellent overall experience and not iverwhelmi gly crowded despite jts proximity to Mall of America and the Airport

It's a newer hotel and it's beautifully built. I am disappointed that the hotel tacks on $13/night to park in the ramp overnight.

Best stay in Minnesota. Everything very high end and the rooms super comfortable. The staff and front desk were excellent, super professional and friendly. However, the only things I dont like is the cleaning of the rooms every other day. They will clean at request but I feel this is an excuse to limit the expense of payroll.

Great stay, perfect location

This hotel was greater than what we were expecting. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere is elegant and modern. There are a few restaurants just next to the hotel in addition to what the hotel offers. WiFi was manageable, but wouldn't be great for heavy use or upload/download or streaming unless you pay to upgrade. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again if in Minneapolis. Also super close and convenient if going to the Mall of America.
