Hotels.com confirmation was not available with them in advance - I had to mail it to them for check in. So checkin process was slow and not so good. Hotel is clean , amenities worked.

The hotel was in a good location. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the choice was plentiful. We were upgraded to a suite which was very roomy.
