フロントのスタッフが素晴らしい。問い合わせや到着遅延の連絡にも速やかに反応がありら安心できる。タクシー手配も、時間や車種などの的確なアドバイスがあり、頼もしい。部屋の天井も高く、広さも十分で快適。エレベーターもあり、不自由ない。

広い部屋、美味しい朝食、親切なスタッフ

足回りが良く、移動も選べて、旅行の計画が楽でした。

こじんまりとしたホテル。駅やバスから近く、食事をするにも便利な場所にある。部屋のベットはイケヤの家具みたいで布団が小さめ、廊下やドアなど古びている。WiFiは端末１台だけ無料で接続可能、ミニバーは水など置いてある分は無料なので嬉しい。 食堂はきれいで洒落た感じ、朝食ビュッフェは野菜がやや少なく、毎日同じ内容のようたが、数種類あるパンは美味、チーズやハムもイロイロ楽しめる。個人的にはカットフルーツにヨーグルトとベリー漬けをたっぷりかけるのがよい。小ぶりのコーヒーポットごと置いてく、濃いめだがニガすぎず美味。

先日チェックイン時のことを、書きましたが、ともかく、チェックイン時のホテル対応が、 あまりに、ひどかったので、感情的に、もう2度と泊まらないホテルのうちの一つです。水浸しになったのは、ホテルサイドも、大変だったでしょうが、そのために、駅からも遠いランクが下がる3つ星に行かせようとし、それも、重たいスーツケースを持っているので、歩いていけと言われ、そうしてランクが下がるのかと聞いたら、あんたは、安い客だからと、言われました。ホテルズコムの客は、ダイレクトの客より安いようですが、それは我々ゲストには関係ないことです。同じ料金を支払っています。あの対応は、しかしひどかったです。

駅にも歩いて10分もかからず観光スポットも近くて非常に便利です。 食事にも便利です。ホテル内も静かで良好。

市庁舎前のひろばに面しているロケーションは抜群。 コストパフォーマンスもいい。 一方で、高速でインターネット接続を行うときには、一日５ユーロ必要となるのが難点。

That was the first time we went to bonn it was amazing nice and friendly people working at the hotel they did a lots of good things and helped me out . That was very good experience and enjoyed it very much. They were very nice, friendly people and very very clean and organized hotel. Thank you so much for everything.

sauberes Zimmer, ohne Klimaanlage

Café da manha razoável, localização ótima. Problema foi encontrar o hotel, pois na dlfschada aparece o nome antigo apenas.

Excellent (central) location, lots of restaurants cafes nearby. Room has aindows that you can physically open (unlike in some modern hotels), clean, not too fancy. Fine breakfast.

The room was very clean, including the sheets, towels (though I had to ask for a towel change because one had a stain), and the overall room. My only comment is that the toilet seat needs to be replaced with a durable brand that doesn't look like it's peeling. It is good that the hotel uses effective cleaning products to maintain high hygiene standards, so it would not cost too much for the hotel to buy high-quality toilet seats.

It was a pleasant stay, but I thought that the room was not very well vacuumed. The furniture is quite old, but it was clean. Bathroom was spotless.

Apart from its central location and its historical architecture, the hotel was mediocre. The refrigerator did not work, there was no hair conditioner, no iron with ironing board. The very skinny bathtub with glass panel leaked water onto the floor while taking a shower. The bed was made of two separate mattresses that kept sliding apart. So if you want to snuggle with your partner think again I would stay there again strictlybecause of the central location.

Der Markt war sehr laut. Schon früh morgens beginnen die Aufbauarbeiten. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung alt. Man ob erhält nur einen Zimmerschlüssel, den man jedoch beim Portier abgeben kann.

The location is great. Many places, restaurants, shops nearby. Easy walking distance from the central train station. The property is old however. Breakfast was not very good. I have stayed at several other hotels in Germany and all had very good breakfast. Food wasn't as tasty and fresh.
