リヨンの街歩きがよかったので、結果オーライであるが、ホテルは、エントランスホールはなく、裏通りから入る小さなドアがあり、おまけにエレベーターが無い。その点を除いたら、静かで、テアトル(劇場)の近くにあり、眼下には公園もあり、観光名所はすぐ近くにあり、リヨンの旅としてはすごく好印象を持てた。

エレベーターのないホテルでレセプションまで2階上がり、部屋までまた2階上がらなければならない。大きな荷物があると大変。

ロケーションは良く、旧市街地の対岸まで1分、街の中心まで数分、最寄りの駅まで数分という立地で便利だった。 フロントのスタッフは皆さん愛想が良く、心地良く過ごせた。 バスタブがあるのはありがたかったが、栓が閉まらずお湯を止めるとすぐに抜けてしまう。 お湯を沸かす動画もなく、冷蔵庫もない。 日中30℃近い日が続いたが、エアコンがなく少し暑苦しかった。 多くの人が書いているが、まず階段で3階まで上がったところにフロントがあり、そこからさらに階段で上がったところに部屋があるので、重いスーツケースだと大変そうだった。 Théâtre des Celestins側だと眺めが良さそうだったが、反対の小学校側だったため、日中は職員が多く窓を開け難い。 朝食はバゲットとクロワッサンとコーヒー、ジュースのみで、卵やソーセージ、ハム、チーズなどのタンパク質が取れなかった。

リヨン歴史地区近く、観光には便利な場所です。徒歩圏内にレストランやカフェもあります。ただし受付が３階で、部屋は４、５階。エレベーターなしなので、スーツケースを持って上がるのは大変です。

今回、スーペリア ダブルルームを３泊４日利用しました。ベルクール広場、つまりメトロBellecour駅に近いので、とてもロケーションが良い場所にあります。リヨンのど真ん中といえます。旧市街にはメトロ一本で行けますが、とても近いので、散歩がてら徒歩で出かけられます。窓からはセレスタン劇場（Célestins, Théâtre de Lyon）が見えて、とても雰囲気が良いです（なのでホテルの入口は劇場から建物の反対側）。近隣はとても静かです。フロントのヒトもとても親切です。チェックインまでの時間、問題なく荷物を預かってくれます。毎日、タオル交換やお掃除が入り、とても清潔です。Wi-Fiも接続・速度ともに問題なし（なお、テレビはあったけど使わなかったので不明）。ゆったりとした部屋だったので、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ドライヤーあります、お湯の量、温度、そして排水など問題なし。私の部屋はバスタブもありました。近所にはスーパーも数多くあります。飲食店ももちろん多いです。申し分ないホテルで、次回リヨンを訪問するときも、このホテルに利用したいと思うほどです。ただ、敢えてネガティブな情報をいくつか。他の方もお書きですが、フロントにたどり着くまで階段で３階まで上る必要があります。また、フロントからお部屋にも１階分、もしくは２階分上る必要があります。スーツケースを持ち上げて上る必要があることだけは留意したほうが良いでしょう。それから、冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポットなどはありません。夜中に冷たいビールが飲みたいとか、小腹が減ってカップ麺を食べるなどはできないので念のため。

機能的で清潔なお部屋で、窓からの眺めも良く、立地も便利。リーゾナブルな価格で快適に滞在出来ました。ただしリフトはなく階段です。荷物が重いと大変かもしれません。

Great staff, location, and clean rooms

The hotel is 3 floors above the ground so you will need to bring your luggage up. It is a very very basic hotel that is very outdated. However, it was clean, reception staff was very nice and helpful. Good quality for the money. But if there is price comparable hotel with normall ground floor checkin on the street go for another one. I was a mom with two girls and the entrance os on the side street with 3 flights of stairs so not very safe and convienient.

Otima localizacao e atendimento dos funcionarios. O unico ponto negativo sao as muitas escadas.

A clean warm room in an ideal location at a budget price. I am shocked how, given you cannot read anything about this hotel without knowing there is no lift, people still complain. The hotel is on the third floor, the steps are shallow and the friendly staff will carry your bags. We are in our 80s but the lack of a lift certainly didn’t spoil our stay We would go back

The photos are not accurate. The walk up covers holes and the floors are very uneven. I have video and photos of a dirty shower and floors in our room. The handout for WiFi info is a list of hopeful log ins. I told the receptionist we wanted to checkout due to these issues and Expedia called directly to the hotel. When trying to contact the owner, Mr. Sterckx, as I was told, relayed through the receptionist that there would be no refund for the 2 remaining days. He promised a call to me directly which didn’t happen. I understand the no cancellation rule but not providing clean and safe environments isn’t a fair deal.

L’hotel est tres bien placé dans le centre de Lyon tout en étant dans une rue calme. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et l’équipe est à l’écoute pour vous satisfaire.

Situé dans un vieux bâtiment, les chambres sont atypiques. Les sols en parquets ne sont pas tous droit et un peu bruyants. Les lit sont confortables
