シャンパンでのお出迎え。更にグレードアップしていただき、娘との旅行に最高のプレゼントととなりました。全てにおいて、最高のおもてなしでした。スタッフの方の細かく気遣いしてくださり勿論お部屋隅々にわたり清掃も行き届いており欠点が見つからないホテルです。朝食も最高のおもてなし料理です。また、ここで過ごしたいと思える最高のホテルです。

ベッド、浴槽共に清潔でお部屋は心地よいラグジュアリーさで快適でした。朝食も美味しいです。 スタッフの方も対応が早く、大変助かりました。 また次回もここに宿泊したいです。

プチホテルタイプのフランスらしい内装。とても快適だった。スタッフの気遣いもすばらしい。 朝食、特にパンはとてもおいしい。チェックアウトが早朝だったが、朝食をテイクアウト用に準備してもらった。また、パリに行ったら利用したい。

写真で見るとヨーロッパ風の内装なのでもっと狭いと思っていたが 思った以上に広く、サービスもとても家庭的で親切だっ 特に朝食を食べたレストランの女性の方の接客が良く、言語に離れな私達に対して、ゆっくり分かりやすい英語で話してくれ 毎朝彼女の笑顔を見て、朝食を食べる事が楽しみの一つになり、とても良い旅行にしてくれた 最後の日が非番だったのが 心残りだったが、最後の挨拶もでき良かった それと何よりもお掃除が行き届いており、清潔好きの日本人にもストレスがなくおススメです

False advertising. Room rate said iit included up to 4 people and then they bait and switched and up charged over 150 euro per day. Alejandro what’s the best part of the stay at the hotel. He was professional kind, helpful. The other women lied, not helpful, discourteous, and rude.

The hotel is beautiful, with outstanding rooms and bathrooms, tasteful décor, and a pleasant location. However, the service quality brings the overall experience closer to a three-star stay than what you would expect from a Relais & Châteaux property in the heart of Paris. Given the hotel’s very high price point and its intimate size — only 12 rooms — I expected a far more attentive and polished level of service. Regarding location, the issue is not the neighborhood itself but the lack of clear information and support. Before arriving, I asked about parking options. I was told there were nearby alternatives, but no one mentioned that the parking spots directly in front of the hotel were available for guests. I only learned this after struggling to park on a quiet Tuesday night and asking the staff directly. Breakfast was another disappointment. At a hotel of this category, you expect an exceptional experience. On our first morning, service at the restaurant was slow and disorganized. Although breakfast is à la carte, it took 15 minutes just to receive a glass of orange juice. The food was only average — the bread even tasted stale — and the overall service felt surprisingly sluggish. For the next three days, we opted for in-room breakfast, which is complimentary and a welcome perk. Still, the orders arrived incomplete, and on one occasion breakfast was 20 minutes late, requiring me to call reception to check on it. The hotel itself offers little beyond the rooms and the

Disappointed that they used tap water instead of bottled water in the room. Could have paid a bit more attention to cleaning.

Hotel Splendide Royal Paris is a wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful clean quiet room, proximity to restaurants and Champs- Elysees area (7 minute walk), staff that goes above and beyond every day. We felt like we were royalty with royal chambers!! Thank you so much to the kind and amazing staff. Don't hesitate to book this part of Paris....such a find!!!

Boutique hotel…clean…convenient located to Champs de Elysee. Our room air conditioning was not very strong. They put a Dyson fan in our room for more air. Room was large and beautiful.

Great location, huge rooms and very comfortable. Very small hotel though so dont expect a 5 star type lobby or entry area.

Hervorragende Unterkunft, sehr ruhig aber auch wenig Zimmer, ca. 12 Suiten! 5 Sterne bzgl Einrichtung, jedoch kein Pool! Restaurant war im August geschlossen!

The property is located within minutes of the President’s Palace so it is well guarded with police and extremely safe. We walked everywhere, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elise, Louvre and many other locations all within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We even found an excellent persian restaurant within 10 minute walk if the hotel.
