I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Hosts were kind and welcoming, room was cozy and kitchenette was well equipped. They offered us welcome treats and board games were also available. I can definitely recommend to stay this place for several nights. Only thing you should be aware of is, that there’s no restaurants or shops nearby. You must bring your own food.

The garage was an amazing apartment. The room was large enough for my family (2 adults, 2 kids) with fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and we slept longer than expected. The view from the apartment is also very nice. In the back side, there is a waterfall and in front side, there is a sea. Only 10 minutes drive to Seljalandsfoss. And the hosts are very friendly!!

オーナーさんの温かさとセンスの良さが表れたお宿。 部屋の細かいところに、オーナーさんのこだわりや趣味、気遣いが光る。 アイスランドには、シンプルイズベストな考え方の宿が多いが、ここは、けっこう装飾されており、それが楽しめる。 設備は文句なし。大きなシンクや、使い勝手の良いシャワー室など、水回りも満足。 景色は申し分ない。窓からは湖（？）が望め、背後にはアイスランドならではの急勾配の山が迫る。寒ささえ気にならなければ、テラスでの朝食は最高。 僕たちが泊まったときは、オーナーさん手作りのチョコレートケーキがテーブルに置いてあった。うれしい心遣い。 あと、遊び好きの犬がいます。雨の中、ボール投げ拾いをして遊びました。

かわいくて、清潔感のあるとてもいい宿でした。周辺に何もないため、食料を調達していく必要があります。 そういった情報も、事前にメールで知らせてくれ、とても助かりました。 裏には滝、目の前には湖とアイスランドらしい自然を楽しみながら滞在できたのもよかったです。

Reception處有迎賓的鬆餅，很多書和桌遊，廚房設施很齊全，房間有些可愛的擺設，房間外有一個小小的戶外位置，可以擋了一部分風坐著觀賞極光，很適合小團體入住

The Garage was my absolute favorite hotel that we stayed in. The Family that owns the farm were wonderful and even baked us cakes. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring them. They also had little booklets in the rooms that told us other places to check out. Loved it!

We were given a larger room than the one we had booked. The room had a stunning view of the ocean. It was very comfortable and clean in every way. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Parfait

This property was incredible and I wish we had booked more than one night here on our trip. We would have liked having one day to just slow down and enjoy the scenery and the calm atmosphere that is The Garage. Anna had fresh baked cookies for us as we arrived and it was just the most wonderful experience. The weather was wicked windy and Anna told us that we could stay until the break in the weather so we wouldn’t have to be out driving in unsafe conditions. 10/10 recommend and if/when I come back to Iceland, I WILL be staying here and for at least two nights!

겨울이어서 해가 짧아 이미 어두워진 때 체크인을 했습니다만 친절하게 맞이해주셨습니다. 얼마든지 먹으라고 직접 쿠키도 구워주셨는데 정말 맛있었습니다 (더 많이 먹을걸 아쉽네요). 주방이 포함되어 있어 요리도 할 수 있었고, 기본 재료들은 다 제공되는 점도 좋았습니다. 날씨가 좋지 않았지만 오로라도 볼 수 있어서 좋았고, 아이슬란드 재방문을 하게되면 꼭 다시 머물 예정입니다~!

The room was very cosy, well equiped and what a view. The homelade cake offered in the afternoon was a real treat !

Logement spacieux pour 4. Très propre et très bien équipé (cuisine complète, microonde...) avec une petite terrasse extérieure permettant d'aller voir les aurores facilement. Seul petit bémol, le deuxième lit 2 places est un canapé convertible. Dommage car il y aurait largement la place pour 1 vrai lit et là tout serait parfait. Merci pour nous avoir reçu dans votre logement.

Anna was extremely welcoming and the property is lovely, she made fresh banana bread to share with guests, amazing.

The room size, the view and the staff or owner are the best. We will be back for sure!

The room was so clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. We had everything we needed. Our hosts made cake every night. We would absolutely stay here again!

The owners were amazing and very nice. The rooms were a good size and they were clean. The views were spectacular. I will say make sure you bring food to cook or eat before. Not much around but thats why i loved it so much. It was only 20 minutes to the closest restaurant.

My biggest regret of the trip is only spending one night here. The room was spacious but it t was bright and we could hear the neighbors. We were greeted with a freshly baked cake upon arrival. The studio was large with a well stocked kitchen. Kitchen appliances, cups and cutlery, salt and pepper and all the spices you could want in the main kitchen. The he beds were perfect and the river stone shower was unique. There is a cold tub and a hot tub, as well. The two dogs make the perfect tour guides around the property, just play tug of war first. They guided me to the water fall and the dairy. A short walk away is the bra fence and a cave. Across the street is a lagoon. The wind is noticeably calmer at this location. It was a real treat to stay there and multiple days would be the move.
