O apartamento é grande, com boa cozinha e banheiro satisfatório. Localização excelente.

El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. La persona encargada del WS estuvo siempre pendiente y muy dispuesta. Lo no tan buenos es que huele a viejo y las camas, tanto las bases como el colchón doble están muy deteriorados. Eso le quita toda la buena puntuación que pudiera tener. De otra parte nos dijeron que no nos cobrarían por guardar nuestras maletas unas horas, pero sí nos cobraron 5 euros por cada maleta. Luego nos dijeron que fue un error pero igual no nos devolvieron el dinero.

Centrally located in Porto, a lot of restaurants on the same block, It would help if there were instructions to operate the induction stove, I pressed something on the TV remote and lost tv stations. It was too dark to get the key from outside the unit. I was worried because it said check in time was 4:00-7:00 through Expedia, I knew I was going to be late to check in and messaged Spot Apt. through Expedia but I wasn’t told there was going to be instructions sent the day before check in. This was the reason my communication score was 3. Other than that the location was very good. I got a bottle of white wine which was good but I would have preferred a big bottle of water.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Porto. It was very comfortable and impeccably clean. We really appreciated the lovely touch of the bottle of wine waiting for us, such a thoughtful gesture. The location was excellent, very close to everything and within easy walking distance to the main attractions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt comfortable throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

Location is good. Easy access to sightseeing places. The apartment size is quite good and good setting but because it near the bars area you can hear noice at night. Do check message when u arrive, make sure u can go straight to the apartment or need to go to reception for check in.

Très bel appartement bien situé, à proximité à pied du centre-ville et du quartier historique. Restaurants abordables à quelques pas. Seul bémol, la rue est très bruyante et l’appartement mal isolé phoniquement.

Our experience at this apartment was terrible. There was no running water, and the bathroom flush was leaking badly, literally shooting water everywhere. We had to shut off the main water valve just to stop the flooding, which meant we couldn’t use the bathroom or any water in the apartment at all. We contacted the host, but the issue wasn’t properly resolved during our stay. The host answered me at 1 o’clock in the morning. This was extremely inconvenient and made the place unlivable. Definitely not what we expected based on the listing. I would not recommend this property until the water system and plumbing are fully repaired.

Apartamento amplo, bem localizado, excelente varanda

On a adoré cet appartement qui est à proximité de tout à pied . Tranquille et sécuritaire. Le divan devrait être changer à mon avis et ajouter une chaise à l’extérieur. Le lit très confortable et l’appartement est bien équipé .L’hôte répond vite au demande . Un autre petite chose ,je devais payé la taxe en argent ,pas de reçu Pour moi ,ça m’a apporté une nuit d’insomnie . Je recommande cet appartement

A localização é muita boa, pois fica na zona central da cidade. O apartamento é bom, mas precisa de uma reforma.

Family of 4, the location is close to alot of the tourist attractions, restaurants and BARS..the problem is there is no A/C and in the heat of August if you want to cool off at night and open the windows you cant because of all the noise the people coming home from bars, cars honking, motorcycles drunk people fighting and the gang of scooter delivery guys you have to either deal with the heat and fans blowing with the windows closed or have them open and deal with all the outside noise which dies down around 3-3:30am but starts up at 6-6:30am. If you are young and like to party then this ia the place to be!

Great central location, apartment was spacious & well kept

Nice and spacious apartment. Good and safe area to live. The only thing I suggest to improve is the smelled of musty when entered the apartment.
