総合評価とレビュー Embassy Suites by Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square

早めに行かないと席がうまりますが朝食は種類豊富でとてもよかったです。座れない人は部屋へ持っていってました。朝食でがっつり食べて後は夕方にフードコートとかで食べるだけで済んだので食事代はかなり節約になりました。オフシーズンだった為かエレベーターもスムーズでした。ソファベッドがとても大きくて広げるとかなり占領されましたが、その分寝る時は快適でした。掃除も毎日されてました。事前にタオル等全て３人分用意してとメッセージしておいたら揃ってました。場所はどこへ行くにも便利。NY に来るならリピートしたいと思います。不満は２点。夕方ハッピーアワー（５時〜６時半）は使う人だけ有料にして欲しかった。飲む人とその時間にホテルにいる人しか恩恵がありません。また、セルフランドリーが無いので困りました。

ハッピーアワーで、軽食と飲み物が無料で飲めたので助かりました。 また、フロントの人が、色々親切に対応してくれたので、とても助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

コンサートとミュージカルとロングアイランドのミュージアム目的で一人で宿泊しました。ブロードウェイにもMSGにも程よい距離で、夜遅くになっても人通りも多く安全と感じました。 ラガーディア空港にもJFKにもPenn StationからLIRRで簡単にアクセスできるため、渋滞もなく便利でした。 部屋には湯船がなかったことが残念ですが、部屋に戻るたびに洗濯したてのシーツのような香りがして気持ちよかったです。 30ドル分のリゾートフィーが含まれていたので毎日ラウンジで夕食を取ることができ、外食せずに済みました。貴乃花似のお兄さんもフレンドリーで一人でも問題なかったです、ただ席数が少ないので早い時間に行ったほうが良いかも。朝食は品数は少ないですが、オーダー式のオムレツとマフィンが美味しかったです。 またニューヨークに行く機会があれば必ず泊まりたいと思いました。

このホテルってSuitesを売りにしているはずなんだけど、部屋は全く普通でした。朝食付きだったこともあって今回は使わなかったけど、電子レンジがついているのはありがたいです（選んだポイントだったのですが）。

大変気持ち良かったです。

場所が良く朝食がついていてフィットネスがあり、対応が早いなど過ごすのに問題はなかった。基本はビジネスホテルという感じだが、新しいので綺麗でよかった。

I reported a problem with the sink in the washroom and requested a repair, but it has been ignored for a long time.

I have always liked Embassy Suites, but I would really like to have a kettle to boil water for coffee and tea rather than the coffee maker.

Excelente lugar y ubicación , acceso al metro muy cerca, times square, gran central , 5 Ave. el desayuno muy bueno, cuenta con omelettes al gusto , instalaciones excelentes

Great location

The hotel is centrally located, the personnel are friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn’t know about the Urban Destination Fee they charge per night until I checked in.

The house keeping was no where near up to par, not getting to our room until the end of the day, and being so late one day,that they they skipped it entirely. The check in staff were great, and so was the bar and breakfast staff

Solo falta capacidad de elevador hay que esperar mucho tiempo

The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful nor understanding of our situation, they didn’t even explained to us exactly how the fees and taxes are accounted for. They were not transparent, our room wasn’t clean full of dust and the chamber maid never changed our towels or gave us enough soap and toilet paper. Absolutely disgusting and horrible service and worst experience ever!!!
