Air conditioning’s heater seemed unable to be used at night, so my room was very cold at night and asked the front desk to rend a blanket but no one came to bring a blanket to my room.And I couldn’t understand how to use hot water by shower and asked him to explain me, but no one came. I didn’t believe this hotel was 4-star.

早めに行かないと席がうまりますが朝食は種類豊富でとてもよかったです。座れない人は部屋へ持っていってました。朝食でがっつり食べて後は夕方にフードコートとかで食べるだけで済んだので食事代はかなり節約になりました。オフシーズンだった為かエレベーターもスムーズでした。ソファベッドがとても大きくて広げるとかなり占領されましたが、その分寝る時は快適でした。掃除も毎日されてました。事前にタオル等全て３人分用意してとメッセージしておいたら揃ってました。場所はどこへ行くにも便利。NY に来るならリピートしたいと思います。不満は２点。夕方ハッピーアワー（５時〜６時半）は使う人だけ有料にして欲しかった。飲む人とその時間にホテルにいる人しか恩恵がありません。また、セルフランドリーが無いので困りました。

ハッピーアワーで、軽食と飲み物が無料で飲めたので助かりました。 また、フロントの人が、色々親切に対応してくれたので、とても助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

コンサートとミュージカルとロングアイランドのミュージアム目的で一人で宿泊しました。ブロードウェイにもMSGにも程よい距離で、夜遅くになっても人通りも多く安全と感じました。 ラガーディア空港にもJFKにもPenn StationからLIRRで簡単にアクセスできるため、渋滞もなく便利でした。 部屋には湯船がなかったことが残念ですが、部屋に戻るたびに洗濯したてのシーツのような香りがして気持ちよかったです。 30ドル分のリゾートフィーが含まれていたので毎日ラウンジで夕食を取ることができ、外食せずに済みました。貴乃花似のお兄さんもフレンドリーで一人でも問題なかったです、ただ席数が少ないので早い時間に行ったほうが良いかも。朝食は品数は少ないですが、オーダー式のオムレツとマフィンが美味しかったです。 またニューヨークに行く機会があれば必ず泊まりたいと思いました。

このホテルってSuitesを売りにしているはずなんだけど、部屋は全く普通でした。朝食付きだったこともあって今回は使わなかったけど、電子レンジがついているのはありがたいです（選んだポイントだったのですが）。

大変気持ち良かったです。

場所が良く朝食がついていてフィットネスがあり、対応が早いなど過ごすのに問題はなかった。基本はビジネスホテルという感じだが、新しいので綺麗でよかった。

The staff of the hotel was friendly and tried to accommodate you as much as possible. The location is excellent!

Excelente trato, personal muy atento. Desayuno variado y muy rico. Lo único es que la habitación es un poco pequeña, pero de lo demás excelente.

The location was close to the train station and many of the places we planned to visit. Another family member had a different room for one of the nights we were staying there and they honored my request to have us all on the same floor which we all appreciated!

Great location. Pull out sofa bed not good.

The area is quite dirty. The hotel should get involved with the area. There was no hairdryer, conditioner. The microwave was not working.

The staff does not acknowledge or greet you at all until you greet them . You can be standing in front of them while they are NOT helping anyone and will not bother asking , how can I help you .

Plugs didn't work in room. Water pressure was terrible and water didn't get warm. Breakfast was nasty. Bed was hard as a rock. Good location

Overall the star of this property is the staff! They were phenomenal, all so friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and housekeeping was excellent. Enjoyed the breakfast - even though we left before it started several days. Would love if it could have started at 6. The welcome reception is nice but we were rarely back at the hotel in time to take advantage of it. The $30 city fee can be off putting but it is useful at times. Its downfall is if you are going, going, going and you can’t make it back while they are still serving. It is open till 11 so if you have a less packed schedule it would be easier to take advantage of. The rooms aren’t huge but that’s probably typical of NYC. It was a tight fit to get on the side of the bed by the wall. Our room in particular had an electrical outlet that had pulled away from the wall, bathroom door and shower door wouldn’t stay shut, however we were in our room only to sleep so not big issues for us. The rooftop movie thing that is advertised is not free but the area up there is near as is the concept.
