We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for the friendly staff, beautiful location and comfortable rooms. We also enjoyed the restaurant and overall great customer service. We hope to come back in the future !

The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and had lovely views. The whole experience at the hotel was very good and we would stay again at the same hotel in the future.

Great hotel in a lovely location in Ramsey. Comfortable bed and good breakfast and dinner. Would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The stay was ok, bit let down with the breakfast, was also let down with the parking as we had to park down on the road as it was said there was parking. Seems like wedding guests were priority to the hotel guests which wasn’t fair .

Breakfast not the best and duvet thickness too heavy/warm

Great location, easy walk into Ramsey. Plenty of parking. Room was excellent, very clean, excellent facilities, very quiet. Couldn’t fault it . Breakfast was great , good choice for cooked breakfast and cereals etc. Restaurant and bar great and prices similair to a pub.

All staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Plentiful, tasty breakfast. What more can you ask for?

Had a very pleasant 4 day stay at Ramsey Park. Will certainly stay here again next time we visit the Isle of Man

Lovely staff and breakfast

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, hotel was clean and warm and my room had a lovely view of the sea. Great choice at breakfast, and again very friendly staff there. I'll be back!

Very nice updated rooms, lovely big bathtub, staff were ever so friendly and the included breakfast was delicious.

Staff were very friendly and approachable, The room was of a good standard. I did wish the windows opened wider, great sea views!

The Ramsey Park was Faultless it had everyting i needed. Clean comfartable Room excellent Breakfast plenty of parking and reasonable pricing would definately return.

Arrived at Hotel at 12.50pm and asked if room was ready by any chance, it was! However they wanted £10 per hour so £20 extra for an early check in! The room only cost £60 in first place so was disappointed in that service.

Staying for work. Lovely hotel very comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful…credit to the hotel. Thank you. I’ll be back. Minor issue of taking payment twice, but think this was slight confusion over hotels.com methods of payment. Called and was rectified immediately.

I was told breakfast was until 10.00 am. I checked in on Friday and out on Monday. I chose to shower and pack then go to breakfast at 10:00 rather than go to breakfast and then pack. But breakfast had finished at 9:30. Apparently 10:00 is the weekend time but staff failed to tell me this for the day that it mattered most. Also, The Sunday breakfast was poor - a semi-cold - not hot - buffet and no fruit as I chose the fruit and yogurt option. Sigh!
