Friendly staff, clean enough room (possibly minor improvement though), Pub next door open 10 or 11 pm.

ヒースロー空港からも近く、クルマの駐車もし易かった。スタッフも親切。レストランもカジュアルな雰囲気だが美味しかった。朝食も選択肢が多く良かった。価格以上のおすすめ出来るホテル。

ホテルとしては良かったです。場所が少し田舎なのと周りにお店が少ないのがやや不満。

Great hotel, there is air con in the room and ours was freezing which was wonderful in this heatwave! Breakfast was amazing and plenty of it, bus right outside to get the tube into London. Lovely staff and very helpful, would definitely recommend it.

Very nice to get a complimentary drink at the bar.

The room we had was very spacious, and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff are all so cordial and welcoming. The food was delicious. It's close proximity to Heathrow was the reason for our overnight stay, and we are so glad we did.

Excellent Hotel with helpful staff.

Very comfortable room and good location for an event at Wembley, short bus ride to Uxbridge station. Breakfast was excellent.

Parking can be a problem at the hotel, not enough spaces.

Second stay there and I’ll be back is all I have to say to cover everything. The people there are awesome!

The family room was large, clean and comfortable. Arrival was confusing as the reception was hard to find if arriving from the pub side entrance (due to the hotel car park being full). Breakfast was lovely day one but not so great towards the end of service on our secondary day. Overall a good stay.

The staff were super helpful and always able to answer our questions, or help us out. The property is old, so there are some quirks. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was included which was lovely! They have lots of wonderful breakfast options for most people. We required gluten free and so our options were limited. They were very accommodating regardless! The pub on site was welcoming as well.

Great location close to Uxbridge tube to venture into London and free parking. Hotel was clean, staff very helpful, and bed very comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast included. Would recommend.
