I was not happy with my stay this time. The housekeeper did not touch our room the entire stay. Trash was left over flowing. They didn’t refill our towels. I had to call down to the front desk to request towels and they made me go to the front desk to get them

This property was excellent. The room was clean and well equipped. The bistro downstairs was delicious and convenient. We will stay again next time we visit.

The room was great. I wish they offered free or reasonable coffee and not just until 10am.

Staff was superb, and extremely gracious. I have been a guest many times the past ten (?) years, and will keep returning.

The stay could not have been better. The only thing i could note was the sink didn't drain very well. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and convenient.

Though we were close to the elevator, it was very quiet. We also like the convenience of having the12pm check out.

Clean, friendly Service

This used to be our first choice in Somerset, even with a higher price tag. Not anymore- the room was adequate and the location was good BUT they no longer have a comp breakfast and not even coffee! Yes there is a single cup Kuerig in the room, but it’s not very practical for an early riser with a roommate. The “Bistro” (Starbucks) opens at 6:30 but a cup of coffee will run you $4-$6 each. It also serves food, again at high prices. There is not a breakfast alternative within an easy walk, but many choices are within a short drive. Their business decision to not provide free coffee means I will not book there again.

The air conditioner was in need of servicing or repair. The room was hot and when we turned the air conditioner down it made a loud noise all night and never got cooler than 3 degrees from the original temperature. Otherwise our stay was good.

Pleasant stay

Only one coffee pod in the room for 3 days. No free coffee in the lobby. Paid $10 for 2 regular coffee’s from the fake Starbucks in the loby
