Will definitely stay there again

I liked that the room came with dishes and pretty much most kitchen items if anything is needed.

Staff was the friendliest most helpful staff at any place I have ever stayed!!!

we had to stay here for my daughters surgery and they made us as comfortable, they welcomed us and it truly was great!

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Air conditioning was poor and I was hot all night, the hallways were super hot. Breakfast food was awful- the hot foods were cold, even the oatmeal and I was afraid to eat it as I am sure it was unsafe. Coffee was good.

The room was nice but the air conditioning unit was loud and rattled all night long interrupting sleep.

It was a busy weekend and while we had just checked in to our room, the A/C was not working. When we had someone come look it over they could not get it to work however instead of changing rooms we were offered a box fan. We stayed 2 nights and did not get offered anything for either night. I believe when you are paying over $150 a night one would get a working A/C. We love staying in these suites especially when we travel to San Antonio as a family however we will definitely be rethinking where we stay next time

Away from town

We were driving through the area and needed a place for the 4 of us plus our dog to stay for the night. Home 2 Suites never disappoints!!! It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The only slight negative was that the AC unit in the room was a little loud.

We got locked out of our room for 3 hours with no access after being out in the heat hiking for 10 hours. The battery on the door died, and the machine to reset it wasn't working. Incredibly frustrating.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet for the most part. Here for graduation weekend so it was way overpriced but so was every other hotel!

Good as usual.
