Wouldn’t recommend

The staff was very accomodating and patient, as well as attentive. The cleanliness and customer service of this location is stellar!! Will definitely come back to stay here.

Another hotel where Air Conditioner didn’t make the room cold. Electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Wooden floor extremely dirty, soles of my feet were black and dirty, couldn’t believe the amount of dirt that came off my feet in the shower. Blinds didn’t really keep light out of room

The blankets was dirty and with blood stain , the bathroom wall all Broke , bad smell on the room , the night stand was dirty honestly my experience was the worst never again I will visit that hotel company again.

Nunca volveré a alquilar en este hotel Reservamos una habitación llamamos para decir que llegábamos de madrugada , la chica nos dijo que iba a hacer un early check inn para poder llegar al hotel y tener nuestra habitación, cuando llegamos no teníamos reserva no nos resolvieron nada y simplemente fue vayan y busquen otro hotel a las 3:30 de la mañana Muy mala experiencia

The tub backed up with fecal matter and the room was invested with roaches I STILL HAVE GOTTEN MY REFUND!!!

I was double charged, I prepaid for the hotel and then paid again at the hotel because I forgot I had already paid. Communication between systems is the only flaw I see other than that everything was good I went to the receptionist to tell her what’s going on and she refunded with no issue!

It was nice. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. The interior carpets could use some cleaning and there was trash outside near the door. A little better upkeep is needed but it was nice overall

The walls by the elevator look bad and also the shower by the drain and the floors needs better cleaning

Horrible my room was full of roaches all over my bed even dead ones inside the fridge ! DISGUSTING!!

Nice central location for tampa

No blackout curtains, shower railing and edges , filthy, no coffee pot, floors were filthy. No ice bucket. Hard to rate service, we didn’t have any.

Nasty place. Horrible odors. Breakfast is nonexistent. They have roaches. Lots of crackheads staying there. A mistake was made on my end when I booked this stay.

The room was quite dirty, with cockroaches everywhere, with bedsheets, pillows and everything smelling cigar/weed/tobacco, the floor was sticky... absolutely horrible. The room is not bad, but the maintenance and the cleanliness is terrible.

Dealing with the front desk was like pulling teeth. Princess was her name, very dry and wouldn’t look at guest was a weird interaction. Now the part where I ran out. Let’s start with the hallways are stained and gross.. The refrigerator in the unit looked junky and smelled awful… MY BED HAD ROACHES. ONE CRAWLED INTO MY BELONGINGS! I recorded this and left the room “Princess “ didn’t hesitate to refund me. But didn’t give me a receipt, email or say anything.. she just stood there and told me to take a picture of HER screen as proof I’ll get my refund.. uh… ok? she tore my old receipt vs giving it back as paper trail incase I don’t see my money. Otherwise I’m taking this to FDH and FDAC ASAP
