スタッフのホスピタリティー最高に良かった。常に笑顔を絶やさづにコムユニュケーションを取ろうとする姿はと手の心地よく思えた。 よって、スタッフが良ければ施設の多少の難は気にならbなくなりますね。 次回はロングステイをしたいですね。

静かでリラックスできました。周辺は車がないとだめで、夕食付きにして正解でした。 お部屋は清潔。ジャクジーが気持ちよかったです。 ヨーロッパの方とスリランカの方ばかりで、私らに対してとスタッフの対応がなんか違うように感じました。（あっさりしすぎている）

ホテルの周囲は木々に囲まれてジャングルのようで、非日常感が良かったです！ 室内は清潔。歯ブラシ、ドライヤーはないですが、事前にわかっていたので問題ないです。朝、夕食と二日間食べましたが美味しかったです。夕食はお天気が良ければプールサイドのテーブル席がオススメです。星空の下でお食事ができます。スタッフもフレンドリーでストレスはないです。最低限の英語で何とかなりました。朝、晩以外はずっと外出してたので、ちょっと勿体なかったかなぁ。 スリランカ初日〜2泊だったので、良いスタートがきれました。

レンタカー利用だったので、シギリヤだけでなくポロンナルワ、ダンブッラの拠点として4泊しました。周りに何も無いので、朝・夕食もここを利用。リゾート感に溢れ居心地が良く、プールサイドのテーブルでブッフェは良かったです。スタッフは皆感じが良くフレンドリーです。高層階ならシギリヤロックが見えます。難を言えば、レストランの味がイマイチであること。でもスリランカは私的には何処もそうなので、全体的には大変良かったです。

とても静かな環境にあるので周囲にお店やレストランはありません。ディナー付きプランにして正解でした。部屋は最上階で広々したベランダが出入り口となる珍しいタイプ。ジャングルの向こうに素晴らしいシギリアの山が眺望できました。また宿泊客にはアーユルヴェーダが半額になりとてもお得に施術が受けられました。宿泊費のお値段が良心的で非常にコスパの良いホテルでした。

Hotel manager is very kind and funny but hotel is ratjer rundown. Feels like a 3 star hotel that has seen its best years already. Rooms are dusty, breakfast tables not wiped, every step you will see sth broken. But that is a picture we whitness nowadays in most previously highly rated hotels. Due to Covid and lock down there was no money to maintain the hotels. The humidity in sri lanka quickly destroys materials so they need constant maintenance.

The last bit of approach to the resort is through an unpaved road. So its natural to be skeptical about what awaits you. But being in a secluded area probably gives the luxury of space. I must say I was pleasantly surprised to get such a property at a fairly reasonable price. There are 2 buildings. Try to select the older one since it provides a view of the Sigriya Rock, the biggest attraction around Dambulla. I stayed in the new wing. The family room was quite spacious and overlooked lush forest. The washroom was also large sized. We ordered a la carte for dinner and dishes were well prepared. Breakfast was sumptuous as well. Since there were a lot of cancellations due to Covid, the staff was always around to help the few guests. They kept chatting us up to make us feel welcome. Overall a nice well run small resort.

Excellent service, nice room and a great pool. The buffet dinner and breakfast was delicious and served great Sri Lankan food.

Hotel is accessible only by a really rough mud path. Upon check in, I was given a room with only one king bed. I specified preference for one king and one twin in my booking. Somehow this information wasn't submitted to the hotel. Hotel staff didn't take any initiative to resolve this issue at all until I pushed them one step at a time.

This holiday was magical. The staff was friendly, attentive and did their best to make us feel home. The pool is designed in a fantastic way, that our two years old could play freely, while we could swim right next to him. The rooms were super clean and spacious and the chef was making a special menu for every meal. This is a must stay, if you truly want to relax and break away from the usual.

The hosts were great and very welcoming. such an amazing treatment. Also the property is new and super clean. Great location and near all the best restaurants in town. As someone who travels to a different country every week, I have to say Cassandra properties are the best in terms of value.

Outstanding customer service. Manager noticed me attending dinner alone and discretely enquired about my wife. I told him she was sick and he immediately arranged for water and coke to be sent to the room. This level of perception is rare and very admirable. Really enjoyed our short stay at Cassandra resort.

Nice new hotel, they where still building. Little difficult to drive to with our own tuktuk. Food was good but expensive, but there is not really anything else in the nearby.

Cassandra Culture Resort stood out with its excellent food and staff. Quiet location handy to Lion rock and the National Park, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great setting and food and service was good, Not keen on the supplements payable for drinkable coffee and fresh fruit juice - rather pay a bit extra and have this as standard

Bon accueil, personnel sympathique, le repas du soir est varié et très bon. Seul bémol que l'hôtel est loin de la ville, difficile d'accès et l'hôtel propose des prix un peu excessifs pour le transport. Avec "Hôtel.com" on a eu 50% sur le spa, mais il n'y a pas de spa dans cette hôtel...Donc ils m'ont proposé "un prix sur mesure avec la remise" dans un autre hôtel, mais en réalité ca été le prix plein
