従業員が皆さま優しいのが、一番良かったです。

部屋の掃除は週1回ですが、10泊だったので5泊後にしてくれました。それ以外に、タオルはフロントで交換してくれます。 キッチンの設備、食器やカトラリーも十分にそろっています。エアコンの調整も部屋ごとにできます。コインランドリーは洗濯6ユーロ、乾燥4ユーロ。 ただ土曜日に近隣の飲食店(？)から身体に響くような爆音が聞こえ、23時頃まで続きました。カーテンがもう少し厚い方がいいかもしてません。 トラムもバス停もすぐ目の前で最高に便利な立地です。スーパーも隣にあります。 スマートテレビではないのでYouTubeなどは見られません。番組も地上波のみだと思います。 総合的に素晴らしいアパートメントホテルです。 騒音だけは気になりますが、また宿泊したいと思いました。

Perfect place for relax stay. little bit far from city centre but it doesn't matter. Tram is very useful for the transportation between this hotel and city centre. This hotel is located in the riverside and lots of restaurants around there, cite du vin is also very close. I love the scenary from the Garonne riverside. The room was also tidy.

In countless hotels I have stayed at over the past 20 years, of all price ranges, this one grabs the distinction of making it among the worst stays I have been. I even forgot it was possible to be that unprofessional. First, this is NOT a real hotel, it is a fake appartment complex, with 0 charm. You get none of the traditional hotels benefits: Your room won't be cleaned (only once a week, clean your own mess, wash your own things, expect none of the things you will use to be replenished, like just the shower soap or coffee pod), you will not have the possibility to have your own temperature, it is alledgedly at the will of the building landlord, so even if the temperature is about 80-85 degrees in your room, NO A/C, no air conditioning for the whole week. Try to sleep on a bumpy uneven mattress from one side to the other. Leave the window open to try to cool down the room at night, get eaten alive by mosquitos. Wake up in the morning at 7.30am to NO WATER! NO SHOWER possible... Before a full day with clients... Try to go to the front desk for a solution by suggesting using a room which checked out early (some floors still had some water), hear the manager Romuald (if that's his real name) almost insult you for daring to ask, and not being comprehensive enough... without any apologies. The only positives: the location, and the convenient underground paying parking. But, you can find plenty of better places around... Consider yourself warned.

Lo unico negativo a destacar es el sofa cama, colchon muy fino y se unde la cama hacia el medio. Cuando un hotel ofrece un sofa cama, este deberia ser mas comodo

Studio propre, lit confortable

Nous avons très bien reçus et avons parrecie l atmosphere ambiante très accueillante et cocooning. La chambre était très agréable, avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires. En revanche nous avons été très genes par le bruit de la circulation car nous étions sur la rue et qui plus est en angle d'immeuble donc au niveau du carrefour ou les véhicules s arrêtent et redemarrent en faisant beaucoup de bruit. Choisir absolument des appartements sur cour. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner mais avons beaucoup apprécié la machine Nespresso et la bouilloire mises à disposition. Ces appart hôtel sont d un très bon niveau.

Le studio en lui-même est très agréable et très propre. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la literie qui est excellente. Cependant, l'expérience a été gâchée par l'environnement sonore. Le bruit de la rue est incessant et s'entend très distinctement depuis l'intérieur, ce qui empêche de passer une nuit reposante malgré le confort du lit. C'est vraiment dommage, car sans ce défaut d'isolation phonique, le séjour aurait été parfait.

Une excellente adresse. Nous avons passé un super moment dans cet hôtel. En plus d'être très bien placé pour visiter les environs, l'établissement est d'une propreté exemplaire. Un grand merci à l'équipe pour leur accueil aux petits soins qui fait toute la différence. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le TOP à Bordeaux !.L'accueil, la propreté, le calme, le Parking privé et l'emplacement sur les quais de la Garonne avec le Tram pour le centre-ville au pied de la Résidence..Merci à l'équipe 😘

Paersoel acceuil tres sympathique et de bon conseil,petit déjeuner bien chambre propre et fonctionnel (juste sèche-cheveux pas pratique) On reviendra si on retourne a Bordeaux
