Good Location the room layout was a bit weird.

I was very disappointed by the breakfast. It was breakfast quarantine. No choice no yogourt no bread no muesli. The pool bar was close so impossible to order drink in swimming pool.

Awesome clean room with good location helpful staff

Nice bedroom and service, good location within walking distance of Nana BTS station. A lot of bar and cafe around. Lot of street food vendors at night and there's also 7 eleven convenience store nearby. The only let down is breakfast is the same for everyday, four days straight. No variation whatsoever. Tastes good for first day but on fourth day it was like better to buy street food around rather than breakfast at the hotel.

Nice room...front staff is also helpful especially Cha & Nan...will definitely visit again

Mình đánh giá cao sự sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp của Mercure, nội thất trong phòng còn rất mới, cực kỳ sạch sẽ và thơm tho. Khách sạn biết tuần trăng mật của vợ chồng mình nên đã sắp xếp view rất đẹp. Các bạn Managers cũng rất năng động hỏi han và giúp đỡ. Riêng bộ phận lễ tân làm việc khá chậm chập và thái độ chưa vui vẻ, đây là vấn đề Mercure nên cải thiện. Vị trí đi ra Nana station đi bộ khá xa, các bạn có thể dùng xe tuk tuk free của khách sạn. Nói chung rất hài lòng về phòng ốc ở Mercure, đáng tiền

Kamar hotel bagus banget, bersih dan mewah. tapu jauh dari night market dan susah cari street foods. beda dengan biyoke suite hotel, mau ke night market dan cari street food yang enak2 tinggal jalan kaki

Hotel cukup baik dan bersih. ACnya cukup dingin dan berlokasi dekat dengan pusat perbelajaan. Sekeliling hotel banyak ditemui cafe dan tempat makan.
