Un lugar digno de un pueblo magico, te transporta a tiempos antiguos y su serenidad es increible, unico detalle k no tiene alberca. Tal vez sea por el concepto de hotel relax. Pero si deberian incluir algunos jacuzzis o pilas de refresh. Si volvería.

The property and its grounds are beautiful. We loved the details in the room and the gardens. The service was very chaotic, however. There was no breakfast available during our stay, and the staff seemed unsure as to whether they had booked our taxi or not. This isn't a five star property, but nice for a stay in El Fuerte.

We love this hotel. It is historic and takes you back in time. The staff is wonderful and will assist you with anything you need. Each room is unique and has its own personality. The food is delicious and served with great care. Hotel Torres is an experience not just a hotel.

El A/C no se podía apagar o regular la temperatura, no hay internet en las habitaciones, no hay teléfono no hay clóset solo unos ganchos de fierro, no hay teléfono , el estacionamiento está fatal. El Servicio de desayuno muy tardado, no hay cajas de seguridad y tampoco hay personal después de las 9 de la noche y solo hay un velador, Necesitan mejorar sus estándares. Las puertas de los cuartos tienen cerrojo y hacen mucho ruido los de cuarto de al Lado me despertaban

This place is amazing, the garden is awesome, the rooms are old style but very comfy. The owner is there to give advice or just have a nice conversation. They offer tours to the yoreme community and the river. One of the nicest hotels I've been to.

nos permitieron hacer check-in antes, la habitación estaba limpia, ordenada, para mi gusto le falta un poco de iluminación dado que tiene luz muy tenue.

Excelente atención de las chicas de recepción. Viaje con un adulto de tercera edad con discapacidad y nos brindaron la habitación más accesible que tuvieron disponible.

Es una hacienda antigua pero que conservan en excelentes condiciones. Las habitaciones muy amplias y muy limpias. El personal muy amable.

ME GUSTÓ QUE ERA UN HOTEL EN UN EDIFICO ANTIGUO.

The garden was beautiful. The room big enough, but the doors don't seem secure with the ancient locking hardware. The lighting in the room left a great deal to be desired. Good coffee, but not free.
