夜ご飯も朝ごはんもついていて、どれも美味しかったです。スタッフもサービスも最高です。お風呂のお湯もよかったです。 シャワールームだけ水浸しになる設計であることと、オーロラが観れない可能性が高いなら、ツアーを参加可否を改めて確認してくれると最高です。シャワールームとツアー以外は本当に最高でおすすめです。

犬ぞりやトナカイソリのアクティビティも、その場ですぐに手配してくれました。 ラウンジのようなところでは、朝、昼、夜とバッファの食事が楽しめます。 コーヒーや紅茶は一日中無料なので、そのラウンジでたくさんの時間を過ごしました。 とても居心地が良いです。 オーロラキャビンは申し分なく、素晴らしい体験が出来ました。

初めて行きました。 アクティビティも豊富で犬ゾリ、スノーバイク、サウナ等、内容もたっぷり時間をとっているので満足でした。

自然以外何もないことの贅沢を体感できる、素晴らしい施設でした。 さりげなく床暖が入ってるなど、寒さ対策にも他のホテルと比べて尽力されておられるなと。とはいえ最低気温マイナス40度近くなる日もあるようなので、二月はそれでも寒そうだけれど(^◇^;) 街中までは距離があるので、訪れる前に部屋で過ごす為のドリンクや食品等は買い置き必須です。 レストランバーも素敵なので、夕食後に暖炉囲んで食後酒を楽しむのもおススメですが。

お値段相応のサービス、施設だったように感じます。 朝早い便でイヴァロ空港をたつ予定だったのですが、スタッフの方が空港まで送ってくださると共に朝ごはんをボックスに詰めていただけました。

サービス、人は最高でした。 ただ、忘れ物に対する再三の返信が無いのが、唯一残念です。

部屋が暑すぎる。too hot the room.立地が悪い。イヴァロのバスステイションまでなら徒歩40分、タクシーで22ユーロ。街までの送迎サービスはタクシーと言う意味です。too bad rocation. Ivalo bus station walk 40 min.taxi 22euro. There is no shuttel bus. 朝食のサービス。皿をどんどん片付けるのでゆっくり食べる気分ではない。感じ悪い。breakfast service is very quick take away the dishes. We can not relax breakfast. ガラスのイグロってだけでサービスは普通。この値段は高すぎる。service is not special. Only grass iglo. Too expensive.

This place is absolutely incredible! It was renovated late 2025 and the new restaurant etc is beautiful. The food is 10/10, staff amazing and the entire area and facilities are wonderful. Excellent activities available too and you can hire all winter clothing needed for free (if you come in winter). Also very close to Ivalo airport and easy access to Inari and Saariselka as well. Highly recommended!

Igloo was cozy and more spacious than I thought. The food in the restaurant was amazing (especially the vegetarian options). Staff were friendly and the sauna/jacuzzi in the snow was a highlight. Sadly no Northern Lights, there was a lot of activity that week but too much cloud cover. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely time in Aurora Village. There’s a wide range of excursion to choose from and the facilities are all well maintained. Good selection for the breakfast buffet delicious dinner menus.

Fantastic and luxury place for honeymoon.

Love the location excellent run property and the suna is outstanding. Extremely helpful front desk staff. The kitchen can be a little more accommodating for allergies. Meals only one choice and small portions

This is a truely magical place to stay. Every aspect from the accommodation to the food to the staff is excellent. Take advantage of the tours on offer with the knowledge guides. Was able to see the lights from our room nightly.

Absolutely stunning location. Cabins are very cosy and comfortable. Quiet area with access to walks and occasional reindeer walking past !
