The hotel has 2 building that difference entrance door and need 300-400 meters walk with our luggage to the lobby (entrance door difference road , the hotel doesn't has connecting) and I have booked from agent but didn't have any hotel contact number in the booking. that we have a problem when I need to checked- in the hotel, I can't call to the hotel lobby. but we lucky we other guest opened the main entrance door and told us to walk for check in at another side of the hotel entrance.

Lokasi dekat dg halte bus dan stasiun kereta, kamar rapi, bersih selalu, sesuai dengan yang kami order, staff resepsionis cukup ramah dan helpfull, lokasi kanan kiri banyak tempat makan dan delat dengan coles. Sayang tidak ada b'fast dan tidak boleh early check in. Hotel tidak ada lift, tangganya terlalu kecil jadi harus naik turun berulang kali untuk angkut koper.

Hotel baru direnovasi furniture masih baru dan bersih, sabun dan sampo natural dari New Zealand. Ada 2 gedung terpisah bertolak belakang, masing masing menghadap jalan yang berbeda sebagai akses masuk. Yang tertera di foto dengan papan nama adalah hotel tempat receptionist berada dengan kamar double standard atau lebih. Kamar yang triple standard (tribunk) di gedung lainnya. Semua gedung tidak ada lift hanya ada tangga untuk ke lantai 1 dan seterusnya. Lokasi mudah dicapai dengan subway/train maupun bus kota. Jika lupa tidak pasang tulisan clean up room di pintu luar waktu ditinggal keluar maka kamar tidak dibersihkan.
