みんな笑顔で楽しかった

とにかく眺めが良い。海がきれい。部屋も良かった。とくにベッドがふかふかで良かったホテルの敷地が広くて移動が大変、周りに何もないので、ホテルで過ごす前提が良いです。

そのまま海に入れる部屋でしたが、とても良かったです。 景観が最高でした。 ただ、それぞれのエリアが離れていて、子供も入れるプールから遠かったことや、海に入ってさっと流してそのままプールという楽しみ方が出来なかったのは残念でした。 キッズクラブに気軽に預けられるのは有難いです。 4歳の息子は楽しんでいて、2日利用させてもらいました。 食事は朝夕付きのプランにしていましたが、結構美味しかったです。

いろいろ素晴らしいが、車を呼んでも来ない。

景色は最高で施設も新しく視覚的のには最高のリゾートでしたが、食事はいまいちでコスパは悪いと感じました。３泊中の最終日のクリーーニングを１０時くらいに頼みましたが待てど暮らせど対応して頂けなかったので１４時位に催促しましたが順番だと言われ結局１６時半に来てくれました。しかしながらタオルの補充も一部欠品だし毎日楽しみにしていたバスソルトも補充無し、バルコニーで待機しているうちに挨拶なしで１０分程でいなくなっていました。挙句にその日のターンダウンも無し、クッキーも水ももらえませんでした。酷い対応でした。

Very friendly staff and inclusive to things going on. Good variety of food choices from the 4 restaurants in the resort. Clean and well kept rooms and resort was well equiped.

Nice resort with decent rooms. Staff is very friendly. Food isn’t good and there isn’t much to do in the resort. Too far from the town. One suggestion, they should run a shuttle or something to the city given just a round trip to city will cost you over a 100 usd.

The resort is nice, but it's pretty far from town. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, but the check-in staff are not very courteous. They didn't offer us any drinks when we arrived. They aren't very accommodating. I don't feel like I was taken care of like at other 5-star resorts I've stayed at in the past.

Loved everything about this resort. Beautiful room overlooking the lagoon, friendly and helpful staff, great spa where I got the best massage. Highly recommended.

It was a nice stay at a beautiful property. But I do not recommend all inclusive package, they treated us like we were a second class citizen with restricted menus for food and drinks. We felt mislead by the hotel about the all inclusive package. It was the biggest disappointment for the stay. Plus I encountered some unpleasant interaction with staffs who were rude but they personally apologized to me. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great room, good breakfast, lovely resort

Everything stood out. Everyone from check in, housekeeping, wait staff, spa staff, etc. were wonderful!!!
