La señora es muy amable, nos recibió en la madrugada porque llegabamos de un tour. Incluye desayuno y el precio es accesible, esta un poco alejado del mismo centro, pero es un buen lugar si piensas hacer tour todos los días.

Hotel is clean & quiet, staff are nice & helpful. Location is convenient, they arranged my tour around Cusco and picked up from hotel. They help me stored my luggage when I out of town, early check in and later check out. The owner couple help me move when I broken my leg. I feel like at home! Thanks Yesica! You’re the best!

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, tienen televisores antiguos(sin smart tv) y estabamos llamando para consultar sobre el desayuno y ni nos contestaban y a la hora de reitarnos, no nos comentaron sobre ello.

Unfortunately, you get exactly what you'd expect for $20 per night. It's incredible noisy, you hear every car that goes by, every person in the hallway, and every time the hotel doorbell rings at 2am. It's also not a very nice neighborhood, I'd suggest booking closer to the historic centre. The "continental breakfast" was literally a piece of bread with jam and a cup of tea. And the ad is completely wrong - there's no safe, no heating/cooling, and no towels or toiletries unless you ask. Staff were friendly and they did "clean" the room during the day but I still found hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine. It was just fine.

Great little hotel for the price. The staff were all lovely and helpful, they let us check-in very early on short notice and held our bags on the last day to let us explore Cusco one last day before our bus. The location is quite a ways out of the historic centre but there is a great local market with a lot of dining options nearby.

El personal es muy amable. Lo unico que no me agrado del hotel es el colchon y las almohadas muy duras, y los cuartos muy frios.

This hotel is has a clean and safe space to spend the nigh. Further from the “plaza the armas”which is the main plaza where most tours take off and drop you off. However it’s very inexpensive at $20 a night. It’s maybe maybe 25 minutes by taxi from Plaza de Armas. However you get reliable hot water, safe locked place. The area is not the best as is where most people from Cusco live, but there is markets everywhere and pretty much all of Cusco is very safe and taxis charge you $5 ti get to the airport: The owner arranged all of the trips do Machu Picchu and 7 color mountain for me for a fair price.

This is a hotel with no heating or hot water, although the temperature outside was -1 Celsius. The staff is attentive, but the hotel is not even one star. Damp, noisy, located in a shabby area.

loved my stay hotel staff was very friendly, little disappointed in the breakfast options but overall, it was good for the price!

The location of the hotel is quite close to the airport in what i would call a mix between an industrial and poor part of the town. The walls are very thin which is not only expressed by the trucks driving by around the clock, but also by the guests and personal in the hotel. It seems like there are no limit to the noise allowed here, as we were woken up 2 am, 3 am and 4.30 am by people shouting repeatedly in the hallways, music being played and what could be assumed was people dragging sledgehammers up and down the stairs. As if that was not enough, the breakfast is served around 8 - 8.30, delivered to your room. Here the buns could be used as a hammer, the hot water in the coffee is luke warm, and the cheese has a rubberish texture and tasted old. In case you are the type of persons who likes to sleep on rocks, you are in luck. The bed simply does not have any support, and the same goes for the pillow. Be prepared to call your chiropractor! Remember to ask for towels in the reception and cross your fingers that you are not getting a room smelling like sewer and death - or, simply just find another hotel

I love this place

It was small and quiet. It was just me and my Husband. They gave me double instead of queen but fixed it easily. the bathrooms were clean but smelled a little. I kept the door closed so it didn't leak into the room.
