シングルのお部屋で、大きさは日本のビジネスホテルと同程度。 ケトル、ミニ冷蔵庫がありますが、セーフティボックスはありませんでした。 アメニティはロクシタンで、いい香りです。 全体的にスタイリッシュなホテルで、バスセンターから若干歩きますが、大通り沿いを進めば、早朝でも、安全性も全然問題ありません。 スタッフさんはカジュアルフレンドリーな対応でとてもやさしいです。 朝早くプリトヴィッツェに行くのに、朝食ボックスをお願いしたら快く作ってくれました。 コスパよくいい滞在ができました。

朝食がとても美味しかった

バスターミナルから近くにあるホテルです。観光の中心地からは少し離れていますが徒歩でいける範囲です。 ホテル自体は、とても良いと思います。

ホテルの設備も良く、朝食付きで、リーズナブルな値段に満足でした。近くに食事ができるレストランや小さいスーパーマーケットもあるので、中心地から遠い不便さは感じなかったです。 風呂の電気が消えなかった設備不備があったのはマイナスですが、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

バスターミナルから徒歩１０分ほど。周辺は住宅地で何もありませんが、少し歩けばスーパーやマクドナルドがありました。 徒歩すぐのトラムの停留所からザグレブ市内へのアクセスが可能。 建物は本館と別館（アネックス）の２棟。チェックインや朝食は本館で。 今回は本館のシングルを利用。部屋は狭いですが、バスローブにロクシタンのバスアメニティ、中身入りのミニバー冷蔵庫ありなど充実の室内設備で快適に過ごせました。 VIP特典でミネラルウォーターにお菓子がお部屋に入れてありました。（予約サイトの記載はワンドリンクでしたが） 朝食は、地下のカフェにて。手作り感のある物がたくさん並んでいました。また、スパークリングですが朝シャンのサービスもあって大満足です。 スタッフのサービスは、とても親切で好印象でした。 場所柄、ザグレブ市内観光の拠点としては少し遠いですが、長距離バスや空港利用の前後の宿泊としては大変アクセスの良いホテルです。

室内の温度、シャワーの温度などが全てフロントでコントロールされており、自分で調整が出来ないです。 朝食は同じメニューだが、美味しいです。

スタッフが大変親切で滞在中困ったに対してアドバイスしていただき助かりました。

ザグレブのバスターミナルから、歩いて15分ほどの住宅街にあるホテルです。 新しいホテルなので、内装もきれいで、スタッフもみな親切に対応してくださいました。 ビュッフェ形式の朝食も美味しかったです。 ザグレブの観光スポットである旧市街までは、トラムを使って行けますが、のんびり歩いていくのもいいかと思います。 夏の日の長い時期に宿泊したので、暗くなる前にホテルに戻っていて治安は心配なかったのですが、暗い時間帯だと、ちょっと不安に感じるかもしれません。

Overall, I found the location to be very convenient, situated right next to a café offering a variety of quick bites such as pizza, sandwiches, chicken wraps, soda, sweet drinks, and pastries. The bedroom was comfortable, with a bed that was firm yet soft, accompanied by fresh, clean bedsheets. The restroom was updated and modern, featuring good water pressure. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast, which included eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, oatmeal, sweets, and juices – the food was tasty. Additionally, the hotel kindly lent me an umbrella during rainy days, and Uber or taxi services were readily available for pick-up. The room amenities included a patio with a table and chair, a refrigerator, TV, and desk, which made my stay more convenient. The hotel is also just one block away from a grocery store and approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Lastly, the hotel reception staff were nice and professional.

Hôtel moderne avec un certain charme, très bien situé des transports en commun, ce qui rend l’accès au centre facile. Déjeuner très copieux et diversifié. Le personnel est toujours prêt à nous aider, autant pour les activités que les restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Staff Clean room Little away from city centre

A little way out of town, but the tram was 3 minutes walk away and the journey about 15 minutes. 10 minutes walk to the bus station, where we were arriving and departing from, hence our choice of location.

Costo/beneficio ottimo. Struttura abbastanza nuova. Parcheggio comodo.

Clean property and room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast! If in Zagreb again I would stay here.

El aire acondicionado en la noche no funcionaba porque debes quitar la llave para que la luz del espejo del baño no te alumbre la habitación. Entonces pasé calor. El basurero del baño no tenía bolsa para basura. La chica de recepción increíble muy amable. La leche del desayuno no estaba caliente, no había fruta para el desayuno ni té negro solo herbal.

Nos sorprendió mucho el hotel, habitación amplia, ducha increíble y desayuno impecable. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Interesting kind of hip place. Everything was great especially the reception guy. He was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing.
