Basic suite, nothing amazing by any means. Minimal amenities, clean enough for what we needed but not special on anyones scale. Will stay somewhere better next time when in Ibiza. Main reason for scoring down is the fraud. Paid tourist tax of €13 (which is completely acceptable) when checking in. Gave the staff member €15 and said keep the change, as you do. Upon check out they tried to charge me again and denied all knowledge of paying the tourist tax the day before. Granted, it was a different staff member. Later had an email stating they had checked the CCTV and will be charging me the tourist tax again which is IMPOSSIBLE as it would have clearly shown me hand the cash over. This is unacceptable

Völlig überbewertetes Hotel. Abgewohnt. Unbequeme Betten. Kein gutes Frühstück. Lage sehr zentral … wer es mag / dadurch auch laut. Keine Empfehlung von mir ….

Sixth visit here. Lovely, helpful staff. Hotel and room always spotless. We are a hetero couple and there seemed to be more lgbtq+ customers here than last time, more of a variety of ages and not just English people, which is great. Place has had a glow-up. You won't necessarily get an iron in your room but we ironed our clothes before travelling which was enough. Bar menu has one vegan main option (there used to be more - like a roasted veg plate, and a vegan burger) but still is a tasty poke bowl, and also chips for sides. Cocktails are delicious. Pool music can be hit and miss lol in terms of cheesey/cool but the atmosphere is relaxing - glorious bay view. Miss it already

Overall the location was great. Hotel And pool area are nice. Especially with direct access to the beach. Axel hotels are very hetero friendly so don’t let that deter you at all. Front desk person was very kind. Only issue I had was we were at the pool for hours waiting for our room which is fine but service seemed to be lacking getting people drinks from the bar. My fiancé tried to order food several times and the employees seemed to be confused when the kitchen was serving what, but again overall fun stay.

Lovely hotel, rooms are great, the pool area is beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time.

Ottimo hotel vicino alla spiaggia , personale attento e disponibile, la zona e’ servia da mezzi di trasporto e da tanti locali e ristoranti

The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot water in the room runs out after the second person showers so if you got more than two ppl and like hotwater then you need to wait an hour for hot water again in the shower. Didnt get to use the pool bar as it was closed when I was at the pool.

Excellent service, location, cleanliness.

there was no beach access. the beach smelled of sewer. the elevators didn’t work. they didn’t give blankets and i slept with a towel for warmth. very busy and a dog barked loudly each night. party place. not good for relaxing

Chambre propre, simple et efficace petit balcon agréable et vue sur la mer. L’environnement est bien agencé et agréable.

Amazing place in a convenient location. Helpful and responsive staff, in particular Roberto. Check-in process was smooth and quick. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Good view. No dressing gown, microwave was dirty. Cleaners came after 4pm.

Ist ein Hotel für Homosexuelle was nicht direkt ersichtlich ist, das heißt laute Schrei in der Nacht von 2-6 Uhr ist völlig normal

El hotel tiene vistas maravillosas al mar, nos hicieron un up grade lo cual valoramos mucho! La atención fue buena y el personal estuvo siempre para ayudar en lo que necesitábamos. La zona es tranquila y tienes restaurantes y tiendas alrededor.

Très bon séjour. Les chambres sont très grandes : grande cuisine fonctionnelle équipée avec salon, chambre isolée avec porte, deux balcons

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room has everything you want but is sparse. The position and access to buses is fabulous, the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel. Initially we were in a room with an awful view but they did change us to another room which was much better

Beach view was stunning although it faces the north side so no sunset or sunrise view. Rooms were spacious and in ok condition. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant and were quick to address any of our requests. I would stay there again.
