最上階で天井の低い部屋だったから暑かった。 冷房を入れるほどではない気温、むしろ外は寒かったので、部屋で過ごしにくかった。 またWi-Fiのセキュリティが低く、レセプションや外部の人でも自由に使えるパスワードが掲示されていた上、ネット接続も安定していなくパソコンが使えなかった。 エレベーターがなく狭い螺旋階段しかないので、到着時はフロントの人が上まで荷物を運んでくれたが、帰る時は自分達で下まで降ろした。落としそうで怖かった。

Very friendly staffs. I was always happy when talk with hotel staffs. It is the best thing of this hotel. Of course room is also clean and nice, cafe next to reception as well. They have wine serving machine DVine which can serve wine good temperature and air. Negative point is there was no slippers in my room. And a little heard noises from next room.

立地はとてもよかったです。広さやインテリアは正直いまいちでしたが、オンフルール のなかでは安かったのでここにしました。朝食はつけず近くのパン屋さんで購入したが美味しかったです。

シャワーと蛇口の切り替えが出来ずシャワーが使えなかったのが不便でした。 しかし、サービスや清潔な部屋、周辺の環境は大満足でした。

Property is centrally located, but when I was there, lots of construction and parking was very scarce. Be prepared to calmly navigate the streets

Friendly staff and picturesque location in the heart of Honfleur! The interior was extremely clean and modern without sacrificing charm. Definitely the best possible hotel location in town

Parking for the hotel is a 10 minute walk away across cobblestones because of major structural work on a nearby building. Cannot even drop off bags in front of the hotel because of that. Room was fine and bed very comfortable.

Understand that they could not inform me before booking, or put in the hotel information that there is major work going on around the hotel. We got the notification after we had paid and booked, and for us with 10 pcs of luggage, I wish we had been informed before booking. Extremely helpful and excellent staff!

Goo location to centre. Parking options limited so be aware.

Incredibly charming 17th century hotel located right next to the Saint Catherine's Church. The rooms were clean and comfortable and came with some nice perks like electric black out curtains. The lady working the front desk when we arrived was immensely kind and accommodating; she was so nice about our late arrival and even allowed us to order off of the jarred food menu since all the restaurants were already closed.

This review has nothing to do with the staff, but directed to the management. The streets around hotel were under construction at the time of our visit and I would have appreciated the heads up, so giving me an opportunity to stay or cancel. The access to the hotel was completely blocked which made it very difficult to find the hotel.

the location is the BEST, centrally located; the staff was extremely helpful, the room was excellent, great bathroom, comfy bed, window that opened, heater on wall if needed, masseuse down the hall, breakfast staff wonderful, what more can you say - this hotel and staff are FANTASTIC; if you are in a car make sure to reserve the one parking space garage around the corner early:) a SUPER hotel

Un petit hôtel de centre ville. Accueil chaleureux. Un lit trop ferme et trop petit (190cm seulement alors que mon conjoint fait 1,93m). Une chambre sur rue très sonore.

The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, although the shower head was fixed at waist height, meaning you had to hold it while showering. Communal areas felt a little shabby in places, though they were generally clean. It was disappointing that bottled water was charged to the room, which didn’t feel justified given the overall price; however, staff were attentive and removed this charge at checkout when raised. Breakfast offered a good selection, but the hot food was often lukewarm. That said, when we mentioned it, the staff were extremely helpful and quick to try and resolve the issue. Overall, it served its purpose as a centrally located place to stay, but it didn’t feel worth the nightly rate. The hotel is a bit tired and would benefit from some redecoration.

Petite chambre sous les toits, mais avec beaucoup de charme, par contre pas de climatisation mise à part un ventilateur à disposition. Personnel à l'écoute et serviable. Conseils utiles donnés avant l'arrivée pour pouvoir stationner gratuitement.

Jätte trevlig personal, men försenad incheckning, ingen hiss, bra frukost. Dålig tillgänglighet till centrala Honfleur då torget utanför är avstängt. Så man måste gå en jättelång omväg för att nå hamnen. Sköna sängar. Men är mer ett Hostel, inte ett tre stjärnigt hotel.
